We were happy to have dealt with an agency that was able to find, in no long time, as buyers, people who are sensitive and attentive to what "ancient" the house could offer, in order to make it "revive". Avevo una casetta gravata da mille problemi, che con professionalità Simona Cantoia ha trovato, spiegato e assistito nel risolvere. Si è davvero spesa senza risparmiare tempo ed energie, e nonostante il COVID e tutte le burocrazie che gravavano sulla vendita, è riuscita a trovare un acquirente fantastico e si è mossa in tutto il processo con grande umanità e professionalità. Avevo già avuto un'esperienza con Tecnocasa a Milano, e ne ero stata molto contenta, ma questa con Valle Mosso ha superato ogni aspettativa. Li consiglio di tutto cuore.
I couldn't be happier than a real estate agency. I had a little house burdened with a thousand problems, which Simona Cantoia found, explained and assisted in solving with professionalism. She really spent herself without saving time and energy, and despite the COVID and all the bureaucracies that weighed on the sale, she managed to find a fantastic buyer and moved throughout the process with great humanity and professionalism. I had already had an experience with Tecnocasa in Milan, and I was very happy with it, but this one with Valle Mosso exceeded all expectations. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
