★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amministratore di condominio inesistente, impossibile comunicare con lui, mai visto, non richiama. All'unica assemblea manda un delegato. Bilancio sbagliato. Dopo un solo anno dalla nomina il condominio gli ha ragionevolmente revocato l'incarico.
