Very knowledgeable Roberto is a great guy. To get back to the 20 numbers available you have to go two hours before the opening but it's worth it .... thanks guys

Tutti molto disponibili, Roberto è un personaggio incredibile...una memoria stratosferica.
L'unico endicap è la lunga attesa e il limite delle persone ammesse, ma io lo trovo giusto essendo pro- bono.

Per accedere ad un ufficio che mi interessava, dovevo prendere un biglietto con numero progressivo con limite di orario. Bisognava andare alla apertura e fare code estenuanti. Ho visto anziani in attesa in strada prima dell'arrivo degli addetti ai lavori. Veramente un grande rispetto per le persone! Dopo vari tentativi, mi sono rivolto altrove. Ora non so se le cose vanno meglio di allora. Lo spero per chi lo frequenta ancora. Io certamente l'ho cancellato.
I tried to use their service. It was a traumatic experience! To access an office that interested me, I had to take a ticket with a progressive number with a time limit. It was necessary to go to the opening and queue exhausting. I saw elderly people waiting in the street before the insiders arrived. Really a great respect for people! After several attempts, I turned elsewhere. Now I don't know if things are better than then. I hope so for those who still attend. I certainly deleted it.
