★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informazioni contrastanti al telefono e di persona riguardo costi e tipo di analisi. La cosa peggiore è che dopo aver chiesto chiaramente per 3 volte di effettuare un tipo di analisi e aver ricevuto per altrettante 3 volte assicurazioni che sarebbero state fatte, ho ricevuto i risultati senza i test desiderati. Soldi e tempo persi. Assolutamente da evitare.
Conflicting information on the phone and in person regarding costs and type of analysis. The worst thing is that after having clearly asked 3 times for a type of analysis and having received assurances 3 times that they would be done, I received the results without the desired tests. Wasted money and time. Absolutely to be avoided.

Ho effettuato il test Covid molecolare e nel prelevare i campioni è stato ineccepibile, non ho né pianto né provato fastidio (cose che mi è accaduta altrove). L'ambulatorio è ben tenuto, molto pulito, tranquillo e l'operatrice all'accettazione gentile e comprensiva. Promosso.
The doctor present in the clinic is super good, professional and helpful. I carried out the molecular Covid test and in taking the samples it was flawless, I did not cry or feel discomfort (things that have happened to me elsewhere). The clinic is well maintained, very clean, quiet and the operator is kind and understanding at the reception. Promoted.
