Le risposte delle analisi, se richieste per email sono velocissime. Ottimo servizio. E' capitato qualche rara volta che in fase di prelievo venoso salti fuori qualche ematoma, ma fa parte del "gioco". Mi servo da loro da diverso tempo e sono soddisfatto. La receptionist è stata molto gentile e disponibile sia in fase di prenotazione che per spiegarmi un piccolo dettaglio che la mia assicurazione non mi aveva evidenziato. Ho fatto una radiografia e il tecnico, molto giovane, è stato davvero molto cortese. Per mia difficoltá devo ancora ritirare il referto che dovrebbe essere pronto già dal giorno successivo alla prestazione I used this facility because it has an agreement with my insurance. Ho mostrato la mail all'addetta e ne è nata una lezione da parte loro sul fatto che una mail prenotazione confermata non è confermata ecc.. Dal portale online era chiaramente confermata tanto è che ne ho chiesto la cancellazione Il motivo della recensione sta nel fatto che una volta capito che si trattava di una prestazione con assicurazione l altro operatore al desk se ne è uscita con un " vabbè fagliela tanto è sempre cosi con queste assicurazioni", tipo utente di serie B. Tralascio tra l' altro gli aspetti pre accettazione, magari andate a vedere il dispenser del Gel sotto alla misurazione temperatura e la persona che mi precedeva e non dico altro... Recensione pertanto stra confermata. Qualche accorgimento in più e si migliorerebbe facilmente: per esempio la ragazza alla reception che non porta mai la mascherina, o la porta abbassata sotto il naso (va bene che c'è il vetro, ma non è questo il punto); il medico che preleva il sangue che non usa MAI i guanti (in altri ambulatori dove ho fatto prelievi non ho mai visto nessuno senza); la risposte delle analisi che impiegano 5 giorni ad arrivare (via e-mail) anche quando sono 4 analisi di routine (nei suddetti altri ambulatori il giorno dopo il prelievo, massimo due giorni dopo, i risultati arrivavano). E' un peccato perché alcuni medici sono bravi e il centro è convenzionato con Unisalute. Diciamo che si potrebbe fare meglio, le potenzialità le avrebbero.
