F	Francesco Bianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mattina mia moglie è andata a fare delle analisi del sangue e dopo che l'operatrice le ha praticamente distrutto le braccia (vedi foto) visto che non era in grado di fare un prelievo, si è inventata la scusa che essendo mia moglie troppo agitata lei si sarebbe rifiutata di andare avanti... È stata tutto il tempo al telefono per questioni personali, senza guanti, tirava su gli occhiali con la mano dove aveva la siringa toccando con l'ago della siringa i capelli ed infine dopo un calvario infinito riesce a prendere il sangue ma attacca alla provetta l'etichetta di un'altra paziente!! Menomale che mia moglie se n'è accorta in tempo e questa si è anche risentita dicendo che sono cose che capitano. Vi prego non andate in questo laboratorio. Stiamo ancora aspettando una telefonata di scuse da un responsabile, qualora non arrivasse chiederemo un risarcimento danni per vie legali. Luckily my wife noticed it in time and she also resented saying that these things happen. Please don't go to this laboratory. We are still waiting for an apology call from a manager, if it does not arrive we will ask for damages through legal channels.

Non aiutano in nessun modo il cliente, anzi se possono ti fanno pagare di più del previsto. DA evitare assolutamente!! DO NOT go to this clinic, bad experience. Distanziamento inesistente e scarsa igiene. Tutto inaccettabile per definirla una struttura seria! G	Giulia “Giulia” Giulia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro come struttura di medici sono professionali ma metto una stella perché il personale alle casse è il più delle volte è scarso (di tre casse ne funziona una) o sono assenti o sono al loro posto ma fanno altro.In zona è l'unico rimasto come centro ed ovviamente è sempre affollato. Bisogna dedurne che è mal gestito. Serietà zero. Sconsigliata!

Valentina Alonzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente negativa, dicono di rivolgere le segnalazioni al loro indirizzo di servizio clienti ma non le prendono minimamente in considerazione. Al telefono non rispondono. Per nulla seri e totalmente inaffidabili! Personale sociosanitario e di segreteria superficiale, incompetente e sgarbato. Norme igieniche non rispettate (gli infermieri utilizzano gli stessi guanti con cui fanno prelievi e iniezioni senza utilizzarne di nuovi per ciascun cliente). Sconsiglio questo centro sotto ogni punto di vista. Absolutely negative experience, they say they direct reports to their customer service address but they do not take them into consideration. They don't answer the phone. Not at all serious and totally unreliable! Superficial, incompetent and rude social-health and secretarial staff. Hygiene rules not respected (nurses use the same gloves with which they make withdrawals and injections without using new ones for each client). f	fabio 7691 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ premetto che purtroppo è l'unica struttura convenzionata con il sistema salute regionale Lazio e per questo do 3 stelle, appena si entra nella struttura si ha subito l'impressione che sia tutto lasciato ad una gestione abbastanza approssimativa, le 2/3 operatrici del desk oltre a prenotazioni e pagamenti si devono smazzare anche le telefonate e questo a discapito dei presenti che affrontano lunghe attese e capisco che questo carico di lavoro faccia di loro delle persone poco cortesi, per usare un eufemismo, e non adatte al rapporto col pubblico, per quanto riguarda i fisioterapisti idem o anche peggio, in 2 devono fare il lavoro di 4/5 e si devono spostare in continuazione da una sede all'altra.
