M	Martina Valerio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eseguo un test per intolleranza al lattosio in data 20 Dicembre, mi viene riferito che riceverò il risultato via mail entro 24 ore. Oggi è 7 Gennaio, non ho ricevuto ancora nulla, e ho provato a contattare il centro via telefono, whatsapp, email ma nessuno mi ha mai risposto. Non ho mai visto un servizio tanto pessimo. Ho dovuto rimandare la visita con il mio specialista perchè ho i risultati del test che mi occorrono, e dovrò a questo punto recarmi in sede per capire che fine hanno fatto i miei risultati. Vergognoso. I run a lactose intolerance test on December 20th, I am told that I will receive the result by email within 24 hours. Today is January 7th, I haven't received anything yet, and I tried to contact the center by phone, whatsapp, email but no one has ever answered me. I have never seen such bad service. I had to postpone the visit with my specialist because I have the test results I need, and at this point I will have to go to the office to understand what happened to my results. Shameful.

Il molecolare l’ho fatto su appuntamento, zero attesa e velocissimi nella risposta (dopo nemmeno 24 h avevo il risultato). Per il rapido sono andata senza prenotazione ma nel giro di 15 minuti ho fatto tutto. Le note dolenti sono queste: - il risultato del test rapido (coi) che mi è arrivato dopo tre ore (e non dopo un’ora come mi avevano detto) -non rispondono mai al telefono. I made two swabs from them (quick and molecular). I did the molecular by appointment, zero waiting and very fast in the response (after not even 24 hours I had the result). For the quick I went without a reservation but within 15 minutes I did everything. The sore points are these: - the result of the quick test (coni) that came to me after three hours (and not after an hour as they told me) - they never answer the phone.

Il giorno del test le tempistiche non hanno superato i 20 minuti nonostante la quantità di gente presente e le varie procedure preliminari. Dottoressa simpatica e bravissima che non mi ha fatto sentire nulla! Il referto è arrivato via e-mail dopo circa 5 ore. Assolutamente consigliato! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I booked and paid for a MOLECULAR SWAB from home. On the day of the test, the timing did not exceed 20 minutes despite the amount of people present and the various preliminary procedures. Nice and very good doctor who didn't make me feel anything! The report arrived by e-mail after about 5 hours. Absolutely recommended!

Ho fatto un tampone rapido lunedì : la risposta mi sarebbe dovuta arrivare via mail - insieme alla fattura- dopo un’ora e invece dopo cinque ore mio marito è stato costretto ad andare di persona a ritirare il referto. Avevo la febbre, ho provato a contattarli al telefono per sollecitare la mail ma nessuna risposta dal centralino. Quando mio marito si è recato sul posto sono stati anche scortesi oltre ad averlo fatto attendere. Bad. I took a quick swab on Monday: the answer should have arrived via email - along with the invoice - after an hour and instead after five hours my husband was forced to go in person to collect the report. I had a fever, I tried to contact them on the phone to request the email but no answer from the switchboard. When my husband went to the place they were also rude and made him wait.

Nonostante la quantità di persone sono organizzati e proattivi. Arrivato il risultato dopo circa 5 ore (molecolare). Leggendo le recensioni mi sarei aspettato un’esperienza negativa, ma così non è stato. CONSIGLIATO! Great Experience! Arrived this morning to swab with an appointment booked, after about 15/20 minutes I was finished. Despite the amount of people they are organized and proactive. The result arrived after about 5 hours (molecular). Reading the reviews, I would have expected a negative experience, but this was not the case. RECOMMENDED!
