★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata richiesta la pulizia ordinaria una volta a settimana presso il nostro ufficio è la pulizia generale una volta al mese.
La pulizia ordinaria era eseguita tutto sommato bene (a parte il fatto che per qualche misteriosa ragione non veniva usato l’aspirapolvere per aspirare per terra ma la scopa).
La pulizia generale invece è stato un totale disastro: ragnatele non tolte nelle parti alte, uno strato di polvere spesso e ben visibile sui bordi del ventilatore non tolto, pulizia dietro le scrivanie e dietro alle stampanti non eseguita, i vetri delle finestre non puliti. Tutte attività di pulizia che erano indicate sia nel preventivo sia nel contratto.
E il bello che dopo che gli abbiamo fatto presente tutte queste mancanze, come risposta hanno annullato anticipatamente il contratto.
Per tanto non posso che SCONSIGLIARE questa ditta.
Ordinary cleaning once a week has been requested at our office and general cleaning once a month.
Ordinary cleaning was performed well overall (apart from the fact that for some mysterious reason the vacuum cleaner was not used to vacuum the floor but the broom).
The general cleaning, on the other hand, was a total disaster: cobwebs not removed in the upper parts, a thick and clearly visible layer of dust on the edges of the fan not removed, cleaning behind the desks and behind the printers not performed, the window panes not clean. All cleaning activities that were indicated both in the estimate and in the contract.
And the great thing is that after we pointed out all these shortcomings to them, they canceled the contract early in response.
Therefore I can only DISCOURAGE this company.
