Overpriced and mediocre. My boyfriend had this fried assortiment and he enjoyed, even thou it costs 16 euros. I had a ravioli that I've tried better when I buy from the supermarket. In the end we ended up paying 36 for that And 1 coke. Never going back

Delicious food, great wine, fast and friendly service! Accepted credit cards without issues. Yes, the food there, is as good as it looks!

A pretty darn good grilled fish - I believe Sea Bass, with a Forst beer. Meal costs around 18€ + beer + the espresso I will inevitably consume. I'd say for 25€ this is a good meal that will not disappoint. I also saw other plates come out which looked great. I would eat here again if I wasn't trying to go to multiple restaurants. You will be just fine with this place if you're looking for a solid meal.

We were going to La Grotta next door but somehow went into Il Grottino instead by mistake. The place wasn't too busy at around 7:30pm but the service was lacking with our lady server nonchalantly gave us the menu and disappeared for quite sometimes before returning. Basically the service was just to take orders, and make the food delivery. No other interactions. I can understand if the place was busy and under staffed but it was more than half empty during our stay there. The food itself was a big letdown also. The grilled mixed seafood tasted not too fresh, and the grilled fish special was so not worth the price paid. In the end, we left rather quickly and went to Mama Mia a few door up the street for the take out seafood cone to complete our dinner. Enough said.

Nice ambiance and the gentleman greeted us kindly with a big smile. However the waitress clearly hates tourists- can’t say I blame her but we went out of our way to try and speak Italian. She was very cold (but not when other Italians walked in). Though seafood lovers might like this place, it wasn’t worth putting up with the service.

Charming and intimate atmosphere inside. I recommend the octopus (pulpo) starter.

My fiancé and I had the seafood pasta and pesto pasta, and both were delicious and super flavourful. We finished with the mascarpone cream dessert and it was among the best we’ve had during our 3 week stay in Italy. Very happy we decided to give this place a go!

The service was great, very nice. The food were good, a bit pricey but worth it. We had pasta and then we shared the seafood. We regretted it because it was almost too much . ?
