β β β β β It's for sure above 4 star quality food with fresh ingredients, good combinations and very very good result. It's for sure a place I would come back and reccomend. The ambience is of course magnificent, sitting next to the fountain on piazza de LA more.. Wine list quite extensive and most important the prices are reasonable and should stay reasonable. Keep up the good work. A suggestion would be to add verdure a vapore on the menu as a healthy contorni

Modern with anything special but still a good service and medium quality dishes (i.e. pasta all'amatriciana and pasta guanciale, tartufo, pecorino)
The only thing deserve mention is the pumpkin parmigiana ( parmigiana di zucca).
Viterbese version of the cheesecake is interesting

β β β β β This beautiful place is well worth the drive. The amazing food. The sounds of local conversations The laughing waters of the fountain. As a bonus, the beautiful Palazzo is just down the block.
