β β β β β Although my pizza tasted good it was burnt and we had to wait for sooooo long (more than an hour so that ppl who came afterwards left the restaurant before our pizzas came) . At the end they brought the wrong check. Not tourist friendly, bad service and non communicating service except women.

β β β β β Terrible experience. I can understand the appeal of having dinner in a rustic local restaurant from a touristic point of view. This is the best place if you are looking for a late, rude, disrespectful service to eat a burnt, overdressed, untasty pizza.

β β β β β We ordered chicken and it was like leather. It was obviously reheated. A salad consisting of lettuce and a scattering of tomatoes cost five euros. Apart from giving us the menu and carrying the food to the table, there was no service. The waitress was dour and we waited ages to find someone to get the bill. The toilet was filthy and if we had seen that first, there is no way we would have stayed. When we tried to tell the manager that the toilets needed attention in a helpful way, and that the chicken was reheated, she actually admitted that it was - the translation would be "cooked many times". She started shouting at us and was very abusive. I would not recommend this restaurant at all, as a matter of fact, I would recommend tourists stay clear of it.

β β β β β The two stars are mainly for the poor lady who served us and who was very polite.
She was let down by the food which was served.
A major point of dissatisfaction was the fact that the starter and main course was served within minutes of each other not giving us the chance to finish the first course. The reason was because the kitchen was closing...and yet they thought it OK not to mention this when we asked for a table.
The starters were nothing spectacular with chips served as part of the fried bites.
The chicken looked like it had been reheated with olive oil used to add moisture.
Think hard before sitting down, it is a lovely location but the food does not match the background.

β β β β β We had the pleasure of choosing this restaurant during our visit in Viterbo. What a great choice we've made! It was the best pizza ever! The pasta were also amazing! Service was perfect! Really during our 20 days in Italy, top 2 restaurant for pizza! Thank you so much for this experience!

β β β β β Great restaurant! We went on a Sunday and there were many locals having lunch with family, which was nice to see. Food was delicious and very cheap, especially compared to Rome and other big cities. We had desert too, and enjoyed it thoroughly.
