★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners are a very sweet, welcoming, and helpful couple who not only helped us figure out how to use the machines, but also made a wonderful recommendation for where to get pizza. My wife and I speak almost no Italian, but they were able to assist us with our large amount of laundry and we felt comfortable enough with them to leave our laundry while we went and got pizza. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here to do a quick couple of loads before dropping our bags off at the hotel. The machines are quick and do a good job! Lots of options for clothing types. The owners were there to help us with the machines. Very very friendly! They take cash up to 20 euro and it gives you change when you select the wash and cycle, no cards accepted.

You can buy detergent right from the laundry at a reasonable price (1 euro), great if you’re tourist and have no idea where to buy such stuff.
4 Euro for 8KG wash

Don't waist your money on hotel services - this is much better and you get to meet two wonderful people and have a great chat about Florence and the hidden gems while waiting for your laundry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (3) 8KG washers, (2) 16KG washers & (4) 17KG driers. The washer cost is 4.50€/7.50€ respectively. Wash time is 35 minutes. The dryer is 1€/10min. There is (1) vacuum for 1€/4min.

Very clean inside. Nice, new machines (this place opened in the last couple years)
Detergent costs 1€ in a vending machine that only accepts coins. There are other various soaps as well (softener, white brighteners, etc)
There are (8) different washing programs: see picture.
There is no change machine here and you do not pay to use the machines directly on the washer or dryer. You pay a central machine then select the respective washer/dryer number. It’s essentially a fancy, modern change machine. You can pay with bills (5s, 10s & 20s only) and coins. Maximum change is 20€ and coins only which is very nice and allows for a lot of flexibility for paying! No credit/debit cards accepted.
Directions are all in English which is very nice.
