★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata alcuni giorni in vacanza con la mia famiglia nella "limonaia", sistemazione riservata, deliziosa, pulitissima e molto silenziosa, situata nel giardino interno molto carino dove abbiamo potuto mangiare, piacevolmente sorpresi dell'assenza di zanzare.
Un ringraziamento particolare a Marcella, proprietaria ospitale e premurosa.
I spent a few days on vacation with my family in the "limonaia", a private, delightful, very clean and very quiet accommodation, located in the very nice internal garden where we could eat, pleasantly surprised by the absence of mosquitoes.
Special thanks to Marcella, hospitable and caring owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming place in the heart of Florence. It is peaceful ( with a big garden) and also close to the main tourists attractions : Duomo, Uffizi, Pontevecchio. I really appreciated the hospitality: the owners were sweet and kind. I will be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great home base in Florence! My wife and I found this gem of a budget hotel on an old episode of Rick Steves Europe, and we are so glad we did. Huge room, huge bathroom, rock bottom price, and close to everything, and the hostess, Marcella Rabatti, was like having a mama in Italy. We stayed 11 days in July and we were comfortable despite the lack of air conditioning (the overhead fan made it comfortable for sleeping). We can’t wait to return- even after 11 days we didn’t see everything we wanted to, and next trip we will use Casa Rabatti as a base to explore Tuscany by train- the station is a 2 minute walk, and Pisa, Lucca, Siena, even Rome, are all easy day trips. Ciao Marcella, ci vidiamo.

Beautiful, secure property in great location. Close to main attractions, restaurants, markets and grocery store.
Bright and clean apartment with very comfortable bed, modern washroom with amazing shower, and nice sized sitting/dining area. Appreciated the excellent air conditioning as it was very hot while we were there.
The garden area was absolutely beautiful for morning coffee and evening wine. We were allowed to use the fresh herbs and hot peppers from the garden and did prepare a couple of meals in the slightly small but well appointed kitchen.
Bottle of wine waiting for us was a nice touch. Friendly owners were easy to reach and quick to respond. Pride of ownership definitely shines through this amazing little palace.
Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.
