Mi hanno dato una camera d'aria equivalente che ho provato a gonfiare ma senza successo con la pompa in mio possesso. Torno per cercare di cambiare tipo di valvola (Mi serviva una camera con valvola schreder che con la mia pompa funzionava mi avevano venduto una con valvola presta) mi hanno risposto che quelle schreder non le hanno più. Poca disponibilità e poca professionalità nel dire che camere d'aria con le valvole di quel tipo non le fanno più. I went to buy a 700x32c tube. Ancor prima che avessi modo di esporre le mie esigenze e l’utilizzo che ne avrei fatto, il ragazzo che c’era mi ha detto che il prezzo per il motore centrale era di 1.000,00 € senza aggiungere alcun dettaglio circa il tipo di batteria e gli accessori. Ho chiesto allora del motore al mozzo anteriore e mi è stato risposto che non si poteva installare perché la mia bici, che avevo con me, aveva i freni a disco; ha dovuto consultare un catalogo per convincersi del contrario però mi ha confermato che, pur in presenza di diverso motore e diversa installazione, il prezzo non sarebbe cambiato. Per finire aggiungo che mi sconsigliava di montare la batteria sul tubo verticale in quanto non c’era spazio sufficiente visto che la batteria era lunga 85 cm (???). Approccio superficiale e poco professionale.
