Per ricompensarmi della paziente attesa per entrambe le consegne (purtroppo dilazionatesi a causa di un eccesso di prenotazioni) mi è stato riconosciuto uno sconto davvero gradito, segno di serietà assoluta. Lo consiglio vivamente anche perché, vista la disponibilità riscontrata, sono sicuro che qualora dovessi avere problemi di natura tecnica potrò contare su un servizio di assistenza che ritengo possa essere davvero d'eccellenza. Pessima bici e pessimo venditore al quale ho presentato la foto della sella e non si è fatto più sentire. Inizialmente ho avuto problemi, tra ordini annullati, soisy e spedizione che non arrivava mai (bici), é passato un mese senza ancora ricevere il prodotto. Armato di pazienza e già rassegnato ad annullare l'ordine, ho parlato con lo staff in modo approfondito per analizzare a fondo questa situazione, mi hanno spiegato che purtroppo l'articolo era proprio esaurito, hanno così proposto una soluzione alternativa visto che con la bici ci lavoro. Abbiamo quindi trovato una soluzione, sono andato fisicamente al negozio a parlarci e mi hanno proposto come alternativa alcune bici che sarebbero state disponibili subito (già in negozio) o in massimo 3-4 giorni, e così ho deciso di accettare. Da Samebike SH26 a The One Rider (con uno sconto e con piccola differenza di prezzo aggiunta sono riusciti a procurarmela), nuova di zecca appena arrivata dopo 3 giorni e gentilmente montata dallo staff per il mio arrivo. Che dire, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Sono più che soddisfatto dell'acquisto, é perfetta. Grazie! I'll be honest, initially my shopping experience was very bad.
