Ero rimasta d'accordo con la proprietaria del negozio che mi avrebbe fatto un preventivo e mi avrebbe chiamata per informarmi sul costo. Ho chiamato per ottenere l'informazione e ho ritenuto che per la cifra proposta non valesse per me la pena di fare la riparazione. La proprietaria mi ha aggredito verbalmente sia al telefono che di persona insinuando che dovevo pensarci prima di lasciarle la bici a visionare (visionare, non riparare attenzione). Ha fatto inoltre fare delle riparazioni minime senza avere la mia autorizzazione (tra l'altro inutili ai fini della funzionalità della bici e soprattutto visto che avevo deciso di non ripararla più). Al momento del ritiro mi ha persino sbattuto la porta in faccia e chiuso fuori dal negozio chiudendo a chiave. Una folle ? oltre che una gran maleducata. Ci sono altre ciclofficine in zona decisamente migliori sia per i prezzi offerti che per il trattamento a cui sarete sottoposti. Vi sconsiglio vivamente questo posto!
