★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passato venerdi alle 18.30 per chiedere se potessero cambiarmi il filo del cambio posteriore, pensando di doverla lasciare una sera invece lavoro eseguito immediatamente in 10 min e per una cifra ultra onesta....che dire. Pienamente soddisfatto. Grazie. ci rivedremo per altre manutenzioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'attività commerciale più sgarbata del quartiere, mi sono recato a giugno con i miei bambini (gemelli) per fare riparare la ruota di una bici da 16 di Decathlon, ovviamente avevo preventivamente richiesto se facevano questo tipo di riparazioni per bici del genere, l'operaio mi ha molto gentilmente risposto in maniera affermativa.
Quando sono andato con i miei bambini il proprietario mi ha liquidato in modo molto scortese dicendomi che non perdono tempo con questo tipo di bici.
A parte la maleducazione è l'arroganza del proprietario ho notato la particolare attenzione al marketing dello stesso, le biciclette da 16 erano in prospettiva visibilmente troppo piccole per i miei bambini, infatti quest'anno dovrò acquistare due bici da 20 nuove per loro, sicuramente non le acquisterò in questa attività commerciale anche se si trova nello stesso quartiere in cui vivo...
The rudest business in the neighborhood, I went in June with my children (twins) to have the wheel of a Decathlon 16 bike repaired, obviously I had previously asked if they did this type of repairs for such bikes, l the worker very kindly replied in the affirmative.
When I went with my kids the owner dismissed me in a very rude way telling me they don't bother with this type of bike.
Apart from the rudeness and the arrogance of the owner I noticed the particular attention to the marketing of the same, the 16 bicycles were visibly too small for my children, in fact this year I will have to buy two new 20 bikes for them, certainly I will not buy them in this business even if it is in the same neighborhood where I live ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful. As touring cyclists with some minor issue with an ortlieb bag didn't take any time to help find a solution with a simple bolt... Afterwards asked to help tighten another bolt and screw on saddle which mechanic wasn't helpful in, not taking any time to think.
Sad inattentive experience.
