The battery costs the same as an average bicycle or scooter (high-end). They seem to want to pass for the top experts on the world market for prices and quotations for bicycles and components. If one believes it, maybe he falls for it when they say that the pieces are missing, this and that are missing. Then just inquire on the internet and the lies they tell are dismantled in a short time. Purchased pre-manufactured battery of the same amperage and voltage at 300 euros. They were asking for double! But I can goat the costs, the staff, the rental costs, whatever you want. But the lies are many and intolerable. That's enough! Adios.

Experience not to be repeated because they are kind and available only in the sales phase. I bought a bicycle in May 2020 and I have used and maintained it perfectly according to their indications. I am not new to pedal assisted bicycles, I have another one from Lombardo with an integrated battery in the frame and NOT modified by them. This one they assembled on a Lombardo chassis and Bafang engine is a real ciofeca. It has only 480 km and a few months has revealed noise problems coming from the chain (especially first, second and third gear); moreover I am often forced to tighten the bolts of the pedals because it creaks with every pedal stroke. Furthermore, with the battery adopted and placed on the frame, it provides the bicycle with a strange center of gravity with the weight shifted forward and the fact that I am quite light (weight 50kg) makes riding and the feeling of safety strange. I pointed out the noise problems of the first three gears and they said that it is normal because it is a modified bicycle that is not born electric, I should use it with the central gears so that the chain is not oblique! The same goes for the bolts: as soon as I climb without using the engine they start making noise from the pedals because I force myself on them. DESPITE the twenty years of experience (during the sale phase they tell you 50 times) I do not think they are in step with the evolution of electric bicycles and they have improvised MODIFIERS of others' frames. HOWEVER, they seem more like experiments done on the buyer's skin than modifications made with research and knowledge of the facts. For 2000,3000 euros there are electric models on the market designed as such in the factory! SO MUCH WORTH BUYING MODELS THAT ARE BORN ELECTRIC, but certainly not from them as they are more expensive for the same product.

The response to my complaint and my review speaks for itself. Always so many issues and stories for normal and legitimate warranty repair claims. The bike is in my husband's name but this gentleman is a polemic and rude inveterate! Read for yourself what kind of ways .... They are good only before the sale, then they always make many excuses to ask for more money and expenses that are not due. impossible to establish an equal interview with the owner, he always wants to be right! After a few months of retirement, my new bicycle has cracks in the battery casing and other small problems that have arisen after only 250 km. They did not feel they were eligible for the warranty. Bad behavior and probably unsuitable plastics. Problems to date not resolved. Let's see if they wake up a little after this review.
