Oltretutto cercano approfittarsi dei clienti inesperti cambiando componenti che in realta’ non sono guasti. Attenzione, truffatori!!! Already from the sign hanging outside the door: "1 € to inflate the wheels otherwise you blow your mouth" it is clear that kindness does not even know where it is at home .... Furthermore, they try to take advantage of inexperienced customers by changing components that are not actually broken. Warning, scammers !!!

I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono stati educati e molto disponibili, il prezzo che ho pagato e' stato un prezzo di favore. La mia esperienza è più che positiva. Andrea C. Fiducioso di risolvere in breve e ripartire per riprendere il mio allenamento mi rivolgo a Cicli Penna. Quando il signore ha visto la sella della mia bici è come se avesse visto per la prima volta in vita sua una mtb, frasi sconnesse, confuse, non sapeva rimontarla più. Sono davvero sconcertato, pensavo di essere su scherzi a parte vista l'incompetenza totale, non ci porterei a riparare nemmeno un triciclo. A mai più rivedersi! During my bike ride on the Lungotevere cycle path I have a saddle problem, I lost a pin. Confident to resolve quickly and restart to resume my training, I turn to Cicli Penna. When the gentleman saw the saddle of my bike it is as if he had seen a mtb for the first time in his life, disjointed, confused phrases, he could not put it back on again. I am really baffled, I thought I was joking aside given the total incompetence, I would not take us to repair even a tricycle. To never see each other again!
