Ogni volta che chiamo parlo con un responsabile diverso, ma che mi dice sempre la stessa cosa: "il materiale è arrivato oggi, lo stiamo controllando, provvederemo ad avvisare tra domani e dopodomani" così da due mesi. Pessimi. The worst possible service ........ football kit delivered in mid-October incomplete. Avrei voluto mettere meno di uno, perché lo zero è il vero valore di questo cattivo esempio di commercio. Attendo ancora una telefonata. A shop full of presumption. Kits paid for and never delivered. They slam the phone in your face, treating you not as customers but as footbands. I would have liked to have put less than one, because zero is the true value of this bad example of trade. I still await a phone call.

Veramente c'è attenzione e cura per il cliente ed è un piacere tornare. Lo consiglio. I have been buying sports equipment and clothes for me and my family for years. Siamo stati presi in giro per tre mesi, parlo al plurale perché oltre al sottoscritto, vi erano altri genitori che come me, hanno atteso tre mesi per ritirare magliette, tute, borse e altro. Nonostante il periodo invernale, le dotazioni più importanti, come il giaccone e le felpe, ci sono state consegnate a metà Gennaio, da I primi di Ottobre, quando ho inscritto mio figlio alla scuola calcio. E comunque,quando ci parli al telefono, o anche di persona,tirano fuori tutta l'arroganza e la maleducazione che hanno come repertorio. Persone molto sgradevoli, nonostante fossero in torto,ti urlano in faccia le loro "ragioni"!
