Su suggerimento del mio amico Alessandro l'ho provata e devo dire che aveva ragione, veramente notevole. Inoltre nel negozio si trovano un'infinità di altre prodotti tutti di ottima qualità. Buonissima anche la pizza bianca, mi ricorda molto quella che mangiavo da piccola al paese di mio padre in Abruzzo. Del resto questa è prodotta con il latte delle bufale dell'Agro pontino intorno Terracina, dove ci sono vari caseifici importanti e la mozzarella è una tradizione. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, anzi, oserei dire di una gentilezza e di una cortesia fuori dal comune.
