★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst communication, lack of customer service skill, and the host was very rude. We called many times regarding our previously booked tour to confirm and they did not answer the phone. DO NOT BOOK with them. Will be disputing charges. Horrible service to tourists.

It is really sad to see to how this company treats guests who have a terrible experience with them. Original: I would not recommend this company to anyone. I tried to contact the host before the tour started since we were running late and there was no response. I used whatsapp to contact the host and there was no response. It wasnt until our taxi driver called the host and spoke to him she told us that the tour left on time. I understood this and asked for a refund since we could no longer attend the tour. The host refused to refund us for the tour. Did not communicate with us at all to try to reschedule while we were in italy. Did absolutely nothing. Worst customer service ever.

His generosity, hospitality and kindness far exceeded all expectations, and I would trust him to host and guide my closest family and friends passing through Rome. I hope to be back on another tour again soon and highly encourage all others to trust him with exceptional service and an authentic, real Italian experience.
