β β β β β Of all the gelato places in Florence this past trip I'd have to say Festival has the best. We literally got a cone with three scoops of gelato ate it and came right back in for another one for two more scoops. The lady working just looked at us and laughed haha it's that good.
The staff is friendly and gelato shop is well maintained. I highly recommend this place to all gelato lovers.

β β β β β Great ice cream but terrible unfriendly rude staff. Felt bullied when we requested to use the toilet even after buying ice cream, they wanted proof of our receipt!!

β β β β β Awesome Ice Cream store. Plenty of types to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Great atmosphere and always busy. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely will go back next time I am in Florence :)

β β β β β We wanted to avoid the tourist-hyper-sweet gelato shops and stumbled almost by chance on this one. The taste is good, not too sweet. There is a huge selection of various flavours. Service was friendly and attentive.
They also serve an EXCELLENT coffee.

β β β β β How do you pick a gelato spot in a land full of gelato? Reviews, looks, recommendations. All the above help so if you are reading this stop and go into this place! Iβve been eating gelato for the last two weeks straight and this place stands apart from others. Original flavors, great consistency with the texture of the gelato, and delicious! The banana and chocolate is over the top. So is the mousse and rice flavors. They have plenty to choose from so enjoy
