★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21€ for three two-flavour gelatos doesn't make any sense. Not only was the price unacceptable and not worthy it, but the guy working there was the most unfriendly and cold person in Florence and we didn't even get a receipt. Never again, please don't even consider eating there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should be shut down. It’s not visible when you look on Google Maps (need to look it up specifically and the name is ambiguous from the sign). I asked for the smallest size (€5), the cashier pulled out a huge cup, I confirmed that was the smallest size and he said yes. Proceeded to be charged €10 at the cash. Most disgusting gelato (or frozen treat altogether) I’ve ever had. I literally threw it out after two bites. Total scammers and they need to be reported

Not gelato at all and on top of that it was $10 euros, lucky that I did not buy a water otherwise my bill would of be much higher.
Banana icecream tasted like banana but with the skin and the caramel icecream tasted like old socks.
The server wasn’t friendly at all and prices weren’t displayed properly, it was more to confuse you so you can’t figure out the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete 0, don’t go!!!! Price of the ice creams is super small, almost invisible and even when you ask for the small one (which is already expensive) they try to cheat and put the bigger size. 15€, complete robbery and the flavour is not worth it.

When we said we wanted an icecream they already took the biggest cone and rushed us to pick the flavours. I thought it would be €5 so I gave the cashier a €10 for two. He then said it was €20. I couldn't believe at first and asked why didn't he say so before picking the most expensive cone for me. I would've walked away but he had already cashed my €10. Said he would make a discount and do both for €14 which it would be OK cause it was a huge cone with a lot of icecream, IF IT WAS GOOD. but the icecream was horrible, I mean just the very worst I've ever had.

If you still decide to go... you have to be really careful to know the price, before they give you anything. You think you are asking for the small ice cream, and the guy there, will give you the big one without you noticing... They ask for 10€, for the big one... Totally unbelievable!!!
The ice cream is average.
The service is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of the word. It is my third day in Florence and I have paid €10 by a bad ice cream. My mistake was not seeing the price before.
If you want a good ice cream and cheap, don’t buy here.
