★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La titolare è molto scortese e per niente professionale e adatta a contatti coi clienti. Per diagnosticare il motivo di una spia accesa mi hanno chiesto 150 euro e appuntamento dopo 20 gg. Assurdo! Cancellateli. Ps: secondo me le recensioni da 5 stelle sono false.
The owner is very rude and not at all professional and suitable for contacts with customers. To diagnose the reason for a light on, they asked me for 150 euros and an appointment after 20 days. Absurd! Delete them. Ps: in my opinion the 5 star reviews are false.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che mi rivolgo a questa Concessionaria per un acquisto (Tucson Full Hybrid) e devo dire che la mia esperienza è stata ottima, soprattutto nel rapporto pre-vendita e contrattuale con il sig. Andrea Bogani: non solo mi ha permesso di fare un "test drive" preliminare, ha dimostrato competenza ed è stato esaustivo nelle spiegazioni tecniche e molto cortese durante le trattative commerciali. Hanno anche rispettato i tempi di consegna promessi, cosa non da poco di questi tempi.
Ora non resta che verificare come si svolgerà il "post-vendita"...ma viste le premesse...mi aspetto altrettanto ottimo.
First time I turn to this Dealership for a purchase (Tucson Full Hybrid) and I must say that my experience has been excellent, especially in the pre-sales and contractual relationship with Mr. Andrea Bogani: not only did he allow me to do a preliminary "test drive", he demonstrated competence and was exhaustive in his technical explanations and very courteous during commercial negotiations. They also met their promised delivery times, which is no small feat these days.
Now all that remains is to check how the "after-sales" will take place ... but given the circumstances ... I expect just as good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Pensando erroneamente di avere una migliore esperienza di acquisto con una concessionaria ufficiale Hyundai, abbiamo guidato per più di un’ora per arrivarci. Siamo entrati in concessionaria sapendo bene cosa volevamo e pronti ad acquistare un’auto, il venditore da cui ci siamo diretti non ha prestato minima attenzione a ciò che dicevamo, continuava a guardarsi attorno distratto da altri potenziali clienti che probabilmente a lui sembravano più adatti, dicendoci di tornare di lunedì perché in quel momento c’era gente, non dandoci nessuna spiegazione sulla macchina o sul processo di acquisto. Sembrava avesse già deciso in partenza di non volerla vendere a noi. Fretta, scortesia, nessun minimo segno di accenno al venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Mai più. Non è così che si tratta la clientela. E attenzione, a quanto pare non c’è possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto se non lasciandola con le quattro frecce sul marciapiede adiacente. Se potessi dare 0 stelle, lo farei. Mai più.
Bad experience. Mistakenly thinking we had a better shopping experience with an official Hyundai dealership, we drove more than an hour to get there. We entered the dealership knowing well what we wanted and ready to buy a car, the salesman we went to paid no attention to what we were saying, he kept looking around distracted by other potential customers who probably seemed more suitable to him, telling us to come back on Monday because there were people at that time, not giving us any explanation about the car or the buying process. He seemed to have already decided at the outset that he did not want to sell it to us. Hurry, rudeness, no slightest hint of meeting our needs. Never again. That's not how customers are treated. And be careful, apparently there is no possibility to park the car if not leaving it with the four arrows on the adjacent sidewalk. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never again.

Il sig. Vittorio mi ha seguito molto bene sia nella proposta che nella vendita... Mi ha fatto anche fare un test drive prima di concludere l'acquisto.
I tempi di consegna dell'auto sono stati leggermente più lunghi del previsto, ma si sono fatti perdonare con un gradito omaggio.
Se siete intenzionati a comprare un'auto qui vi dedicheranno il giusto tempo.
