A	Alessio Camnasio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno molti immobili interessanti, l'agenzia è moderna e davvero bella...però entrare e trovare quasi tutti senza mascherina non è un bel biglietto da visita in questo periodo. L'impiegata la cerca dalla borsa per metterla appena si entra, funzionari che girano tranquillamente senza. Vi lascio 3 stelle perchè questa è una pecca. Io sono entrato con la mia compagna, entrambi con mascherina, e non è stato piacevole. Anche perchè di certo loro sono a contatto con parecchie persone. Consiglio: mascherine sempre indosso! Mi sono trovata benissimo, il consulente Andrea sempre molto disponibile, mi ha seguito durante tutte le varie fasi. Tutto il personale cordiale e professionale. Consiglio vivamente. L	Loretta Bredice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza incredibile. Abbiamo visionato per la seconda volta un bilocale a Muggiò con un agente senior. L'appartamento in questione non aveva l'attestato di prestazione energetica (APE) quindi abbiamo espresso alcune remore/timori nel procedere con l'offerta non essendo nota la classe energetica. Poiché la casa è in vendita da qualche mese abbiamo chiesto all'agente perché il proprietario rimandasse se era cmq un documento necessario per il compromesso. L'agente immobiliare ha iniziato ad alzare la voce e ad adirarsi e a dire che certe domande non si dovrebbero neanche fare, come non si dovrebbe chiedere il motivo per cui un proprietario vende. Inoltre la piantina inviataci non corrispondeva alle misure della casa, da lì la nostra preoccupazione di avere la documentazione corretta anche per quanto riguarda l'APE. Alla fine l'agente ci ha praticamente cacciato di casa, e dopo tutta sta sceneggiata ci ha detto "lunedì vi faccio avere le piantine". Noi a quel punto abbiamo detto che non eravamo sicuri di voler procedere. L'agente se ne è andato inveendo e sbuffando e mandandoci quasi a quel paese. Siamo rimasti veramente scioccati da questa esperienza Incredible experience. We viewed a two-room apartment in Muggiò for the second time with a senior agent. The apartment in question did not have the energy performance certificate (APE) so we expressed some hesitation / fears in proceeding with the offer as the energy class is not known. Since the house has been on sale for a few months, we asked the agent why the owner would postpone if there was a document necessary for the compromise. The real estate agent has started to raise his voice and get angry and say that certain questions shouldn't even be asked, like you shouldn't be asking why a landlord is selling. Furthermore, the plan sent to us did not correspond to the measures of the house, hence our concern to have the correct documentation also regarding the APE. In the end, the agent practically kicked us out of the house, and after all this scene he told us "Monday I will give you the maps". At that point we said we weren't sure we wanted to proceed. The agent walked away cursing and snorting and almost sending us to that country. We were truly shocked by this experience

Ho deciso di affidarmi a quest’agenzia seguendo il consiglio di un conoscente, non posso che esprimere un giudizio positivo della Vostra agenzia che ha seguito la vendita del mio appartamento , ci tengo a specificare a a sottolineare la professionalità e competenza di Carlo, ha fatto una consulenza professionale e precisa indicandomi senza alcuna sopravvalutazione le possibilità di vendita del mio immobile che poi si sono dimostrate veritiere. Ha raggiunto in breve tempo il risultato sperato. Mi ha stupito la sua disponibilità e riservatezza , vorrei specificare (ho letto una recensione negativa che riguardava il mio appartamento ) che il venditore non è obbligato a dare spiegazioni sul motivo della vendita e Carlo ha rispettato le mie volontà. Un agente immobiliare che non ha rivali e grazie alla sua professionalità e energia è riuscito a portare a termine quello in cui altri avevano fallito. Grazie davvero!
