Abbiamo ordinato una stampante il 13.12.21, dopo aver telefonato per chiedere conferma se riuscivano a consegnarla prima di Natale poichè ci occorreva con urgenza.
La stampante non è stata consegnata anzi siamo arrivati al punto che il corriere ha comunicato di averla persa, ciò circa 3 settimane fa, da allora è diventato un calvario per ricevere il rimborso del dovuto.
Nonostante finalmente in settimana scorsa un loro addetto ci ha comunicato, solo perché lo abbiamo chiamato noi, che avrebbero fatto il rimborso, ieri, 31.01.22 dopo oltre un mese e mezzo, ancora nulla.
Abbiamo chiamato nuovamente ovviamente non c'era nessuno in amministrazione oggi nuovamente e non hanno saputo dare risposta . . . mi chiedo se questa è serietà . . . . .
A prescindere dal valore pagato, € 520,50, ritengo che stiano facendo una pessima figura però lascio a voi lettori decidere . . . . e valutare eventuali acquisti presso un azienda che ha questo modus operandi . . . .

Company to ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
We ordered a printer on 13.12.21, after phoning to ask if they could deliver it before Christmas as we needed it urgently.
The printer was not delivered indeed we got to the point that the courier announced that he had lost it, this about 3 weeks ago, since then it has become an ordeal to receive a refund.
Despite finally last week one of their employees informed us, only because we called him, who would have made the refund yesterday, 31.01.22 after more than a month and a half, still nothing.
We called again obviously there was no one in administration today again and they have not been able to give an answer. . . I wonder if this is seriousness. . . . .
Regardless of the value paid, € 520.50, I think they are making a bad impression but I leave it up to you readers to decide. . . . and evaluate any purchases from a company that has this modus operandi. . . .
