R	Robert Sesali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandoloso a dir poco, un'incompetenza unica, ho avuto a che fare con un operatore che per la dichiarazione dei redditi voleva farmi dichiarare più giorni in una città di quanti ne avessi realmente fatti, con conseguente rimborso. Ho lasciato la mia documentazione, mi dissero che mi avrebbero fatto sapere a breve, li dovetti chiamare per giorni e giorni per capire quando avrei avuto il 730, alla fine rinviarono tutto a luglio, "caso problematico". Meglio far passare avanti le dichiarazioni più facili e lasciare in asso quelle leggermente più lunghe, soldi facili, no? Al telefono rispose un'operatore con arroganza, sempre la stessa risposta "richiama". Morale, ritirata la documentazione dopo settimane buttate e la stessa giornata consegnata e ritirata i n tempo reale da dei "professionisti". Non metto in dubbio che lì vi lavori qualcuno che sappia fare il suo lavoro, ma di certo io non l ho trovato. Si parla tanto di crisi, ma la professionalità ed i modi di fare che fine hanno fatto? Una sola parola, VERGOGNA. Outrageous to say the least, a unique incompetence, I had to deal with an operator who wanted me to declare more days in a city for the tax return than I had actually done, with consequent reimbursement. I left my documentation, they told me they would let me know shortly, I had to call them for days and days to find out when I would have the 730, in the end they postponed everything to July, "problem case". Better to pass the easier bids forward and leave the slightly longer ones alone, easy money, right? An operator answered arrogantly on the phone, always the same answer "call back". Moral, withdrawn the documentation after weeks wasted and the same day delivered and collected in real time by "professionals". I don't doubt that someone works there who knows how to do his job, but I certainly didn't find him. There is a lot of talk about the crisis, but what happened to professionalism and ways of doing things? One word, SHAME.
