Vergognoso come io abbia prenotato un test drive, e dopo mezz’ora di preventivo mi sia stato detto che purtroppo non era possibile effettuare il test drive perché in concessionario c’erano altri clienti. Io ho prenotato ben 4 giorni fa il test drive, e nonostante 50 chilometri per arrivare in concessionario non ho avuto nemmeno modo di poterlo fare. Se ci sono carenze di personale avreste dovuto contattarmi la mattina per avvisare della vostra problematica e lasciare a me la scelta sul presentarmi o meno da voi. Ripeto, totalmente incompetenti, il venditore continuava a fare pressioni sulla soluzione finanziamento perché più conveniente a loro, senza dar modo di visionare altre soluzioni, o comunque sminuendole a prescindere. Esistono altre mille consessionarie con personale più preparato, gentile, e disponibile nei vostri confronti. Diffidate AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, totally incompetent. Shameful how I booked a test drive, and after half an hour of quotation I was told that unfortunately it was not possible to take the test drive because there were other customers in the dealership. I booked the test drive 4 days ago, and despite 50 kilometers to get to the dealership I didn't even have the chance to do it. If there are any staff shortages you should have contacted me in the morning to notify you of your problem and leave me the choice of whether or not to introduce myself to you. I repeat, totally incompetent, the seller continued to put pressure on the financing solution because it was more convenient for them, without giving the opportunity to see other solutions, or in any case diminishing them regardless. There are a thousand other dealerships with more trained, kind and helpful staff towards you. Be wary

Hanno saputo aspettare i miei tempi, circa un mese per decidere, e 4 preventivi differenti su 4 veicoli differenti... Con auto in pronta consegna ho avuto la mia in meno di 2 settimane.. 2 giorni prima di Natale. P. S,. Mi sono affidato a loro per acquistare una Kia del gruppo Autotorino (mi ha "servito" Francesco Milillo, un ragazzo giovane ma davvero attento alle esigenze della clientela, e mi ha saputo anche consigliare, per il tipo di percorrenza annuale, se acquistare una plugin o una full hybrid), sebbene siano hyundai, per mia convenienza e distanza dalla mia residenza. Sono davvero molto soddisfatto di essermi recato da loro. Auguri di buon anno nuovo The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. With the car ready for delivery I had mine in less than 2 weeks .. 2 days before Christmas. P. S ,.
