Abbiamo quindi deciso di non rispondere e semplicemente non usufruire più di questo posto che mette in dubbio la parola del cliente e non sa rimettersi in discussione. La bravura tecnica dei dipendenti o un nome altisonante sull’insegna non sono tutto.. serve tanta umiltà per poter stare sul mercato e sopratutto vi consiglio di non mettere sempre in dubbio la parola dei vostri clienti. Diversamente vi ritroverete tra voi a parlarvi da sole. Risultato ottimo, ragazze simpatiche, molto preparate, disponibili e soprattutto veloci! Prezzi molto buoni. Ho cercato ovunque qualcuna che mi facesse bene una russian almond e da loro son stata super soddisfatta. Le unghie mi son durate esattamente 34 giorni (tantissimo! Ma ahimè per le feste io ero via e non potevo passare prima per ritoccarle). La seconda volta ho optato per un’altra forma anch’essa eseguita benissimo. Il punto di forza di queste ragazze non è “il nome” ma la qualità altissima dei prodotti, la preparazione, la passione per il lavoro e la cordialità. Ho visto un paio di recensioni negative e dopo esserci stata di persona mi sorge il dubbio che non stiamo parlando dello stesso negozio. Ragazze molto disponibili, che accontentano la cliente. Altro punto di forza l’ambiente pulito, ordinato e rilassante. MAI PIÙ SENZA DI LORO! We assume that we are talking about a Nail Master and not the latest one. I looked everywhere for someone who would do me good for a russian almond and I was super satisfied with them. The nails lasted exactly 34 days (a lot! But alas for the holidays I was away and I couldn't go before to retouch them). The second time I opted for another shape which is also done very well. The strength of these girls is not "the name" but the very high quality of the products, the preparation, the passion for work and friendliness. I have seen a couple of negative reviews and after having been there in person I doubt that we are not talking about the same shop. Very helpful girls, who please the customer. Another strong point is the clean, tidy and relaxing environment. NEVER AGAIN WITHOUT THEM!
