M	Michela De Ambroggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE CI FOSSERO 5 STELLE IN MENO! esperienza di auto noleggio a lungo termine presso Audi Zentrum ma locatario Volkswagen Leasing (loro vendono il prodotto). Mai più, restituita ad agosto 2021, a tutt'oggi mi arrivano fatture da pagare di importi superiori alla somma dei canoni versati in metà anno. Mai saltata una rata, anticipo versato, tagliandi cambi gomme, macchina con un unico segno sul fascione anteriore (graffio) fatto da me per il resto aveva un bollino sul vetro anteriore causato da terzi (sasso in autostrada presumo). Mi stanno facendo pagare anche l'aria sporca dell'abitacolo. Fatture di 490 euro per franchigia vetro, fattura di 290 euro per penali danni generica, altri 90 per la stessa motivazione. Ora mi mandano una fattura passati ben 7 mesi dalla restituzione di 283 euro per residuo bollo. Oltre al fatto che ai cambi gomme, tenevano l'auto un giorno intero senza dare un auto di cortesia se non a pagamento (dopo tutti i soldi che chiedono) e facevano pagare anche la sanificazione dell'abitacolo che nessuno gli aveva chiesto di 35€. I signori in reception sono molto preparati, gentili ed efficienti, così come i tecnici. Sala d'attesa ok, sarebbe super mettere delle prese per ricaricare i dispositivi elettronici (a volte l'attesa é lunga e ho visto che non ero l'unico tra le persone in attesa a lavorare al pc). Punto dolente: un caffè sarebbe stato gradito, anche solo il gesto.
