 I've always had a great time. it's nice to be able to speak directly with the mechanics in the workshop. Competent and available, they are among the few dealers now who still serve the customer's interests. Honest and reliable, really the top for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2015 ho già avuto un ottima esperienza con Bike House acquistando per la prima volta una R1200GS senza nemmeno provarla. Il proprietario, Sig Furigo, è molto competente e affabile. Antonio, il capo meccanico, è a sua volta molto preparato e disponibile. Cambiato moto sempre da loro e senza indugio. Consigliatissimo!
In 2015 I already had a great experience with Bike House buying a R1200GS for the first time without even trying it. The owner, Mr. Furigo, is very knowledgeable and personable. Antonio, the chief mechanic, is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Always changed bikes by them and without delay. Highly recommended!

Questo vostro atteggiamento sottolinea la vostra poca professionalità. Diffidate dalle numerose recensioni positive fatte ultimamente, dato che, quelle negative vengono eliminate!
Very surly and unprofessional staff ... I went in to ask for information on buying a motorcycle, but I was treated very badly. I don't understand why.

This attitude of yours underlines your lack of professionalism. Be wary of the numerous positive reviews made lately, as the negative ones are eliminated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After placing a regular order on their web-site for an article which was availlable and the payment was done at once ... No news from them during several weeks despite numerous e-mail sent. They do not answer to phone call neither.
I've been obliged to claim to Paypal and request my money back.
Of course, I checked several times my spam box ... I received nothing.
