Ci siamo rivolti nuovamente a loro dopo 5 anni dall’acquisto della prima auto e ci siamo recati alla concessionaria Hyundai di Castellanza dove abbiamo trovato il bravissimo Christian che con pazienza e cortesia ci ha consigliato, guidato e aiutato nella scelta dell’auto più adatta alle nostre esigenze. Per non parlare del prezzo davvero competitivo! Consigliatissimi! Autotorino always a guarantee! We contacted them again after 5 years from the purchase of the first car and we went to the Hyundai dealership in Castellanza where we found the talented Christian who with patience and courtesy advised us, guided and helped us in choosing the most suitable car for our needs. Acquistato un ‘auto aziendale di altro marchio promessa per i successivi 10/15 gg invece ho dovuto attendere un mese e mezzo più altri giorni per pratiche varie che non venivano sbrigate . Fastidiisissimo procastinare e pontificare anche quando mi sono dovuta mio malgrado appoggiare a loro per piccolo incidente occorsomi . Lungaggini inaudite :un mese circa in carrozzeria con sorpresa finale del preventivo quasi raddoppiato ed in esuberanza rispetto al limite di franchigia prevista . Nel frattempo ero senz’auto . Mai avuto auto sostitutiva . sconsigliatissimo ! Poca serietà zero affidabilità . Bad experience. I bought a company car of another brand promised for the next 10/15 days, but I had to wait a month and a half plus other days for various practices that were not completed. It is very annoying to procastinate and pontificate even when I reluctantly had to support them due to a small accident that occurred to me. Unheard-of lengths: about a month in the body shop with the final surprise of the estimate almost doubled and in excess of the foreseen excess limit. In the meantime, I was without a car. Never had a replacement car. highly discouraged! Little seriousness zero reliability.

Mi hanno fatto il tagliando, tenuto la macchina 3gg per comunicarmi un problema al cuscinetto anteriore dx per poi farmi fermare la macchina 15gg, e informarmi che il pezzo era stato perso dal corriere. Poi ho scoperto che mi avevano detto una s*****a, farmi aspettare ancora, sostituirmi il pezzo e dirmi al ritiro "il problema è al cuscinetto di sx, si deve ordinare il pezzo". Spero solo non mi contatti la Hyundai chiedendo recensione. Never again in this workshop. They gave me the service, kept the car 3 days to communicate a problem with the front right bearing and then made me stop the car 15 days, and inform me that the piece had been lost by the courier. Then I found out that they had said a b ***** a, make me wait again, replace the piece and tell me at the withdrawal "the problem is with the left bearing, you have to order the piece". I just hope you don't contact Hyundai and ask for a review.

Consegna dell'auto velocissima, le ragazze che hanno seguito le pratiche ( immatricolazione fatturazione consegna) sono state efficienti e d'immensa cordialità. Il ragazzo che ha poi effettuato la materiale consegna della vettura spiegando anche le funzioni principali non è stato da meno Concessionaria consigliata sotto tutti i punti di vista. Mi sono recato in questo concessionario per visionare la Tucson. Sono stato accolto con gentilezza e velocità nonostante l'affluenza del sabato pomeriggio ed ho trovato in Fabio un venditore preparato e con risposte sempre precise veloci e di facile comprensione sia per quanto riguarda i modelli, accessori prezzi e le varie possibilità di pagamento. Tonato con il capo ( ovviamente è mia moglie ) abbiamo acquistato l'auto ad ottime condizioni. Vi terrò aggiornati per i tempi di consegna dell'auto. Mi ha anche richiamata qualche giorno chiedendo come fosse proseguita la mia ricerca (cosa che sinceramente non mi è successa con altre concessionarie, in cui si da il contatto e cade nel dimenticatoio) ☺️ Anche se in questo momento ho deciso di accontentarmi di un auto per “tamponare” per il futuro saprò dove tornare. Christian è stato professionale e molto paziente rispondendo ad ogni dubbio sia in ambito tecnico riguardo all'auto che in questioni burocratiche e contrattuali. Ho trovato competenza con quel pizzico di simpatia che non guasta e rende la trattativa più leggera. Tornerò sicuramente perché l'auto mi piace molto!
