Auto pronta. Tecnici molto disponibili x ogni esigenza. Sorriso e chiavi in mano. Comodo parcheggio sulla strada principale. Faster than the "promise" ... request an hour for glass replacement and black film application ... 35 minutes later I get a call from the very kind Elisa. Ready car. Very helpful technicians for every need. Smile and turnkey. Convenient parking on the main road.
L	L L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mese fa ho sostituito il parabrezza, nel togliere quello originale mi hanno rotto tutte e due le plastichine che coprono i tergicristalli, che sono ad incastro, nel toglierle hanno rotto gli incastri.. ovviamente non mi hanno detto niente e alla fine le hanno riappoggiate nella loro posizione facendo finta di niente, la macchina e' nuova per questo sono sicuro che quelle plastiche erano a posto prima del loro intervento. Fatto sta che in autostrada sono volate via entrambe rischiando di finire sulle altre vetture, avrebbero potuto avvisarmi almeno invece di fare finta di niente!!!! Furbetti :-( A month ago I replaced the windshield, in removing the original one they broke both the plastic sheets that cover the windshield wipers, which are interlocking, in removing them they broke the joints .. obviously they didn't tell me anything and in the end they put them back in their position pretending nothing has happened, the car is new so I'm sure those plastics were in place before their intervention. The fact is that both flew away on the highway, risking to end up on the other cars, they could have warned me at least instead of pretending nothing happened !!!! Furbetti :-(

Ho sostituito il parabrezza anteriore e fino a qui tutto bene, a parte la colla lasciata sui finestrini anteriori ove è dovuto intervenire il mio carrozziere per rimuovere tutte le macchie. Il problema è sorto sulla sostituzione del vetro posteriore sinistro, ove al ritiro dell'auto ho notato che il pannello era stato decisamente massacrato, rimontato malissimo, ovviamente avevano rovinato tutte le mollette interne rompendomi anche il supporto stesso del pannello all'interno. Risposta della ditta sostitutrice? non siamo stati noi!!!. Io credo che nel 2021 la gente deve assumersi le proprie responsabilità ed essere quanto meno competente nel lavoro che svolge, c'è gente che fa sacrifici per comprare quello che più gli piace e poi trovi gente che ti causa solo dei danni, infischiandosene alla grande! Evitate!!! Bad service, to be avoided completely if you care about your car. I replaced the front windshield and so far so good, apart from the glue left on the front windows where my body shop had to intervene to remove all the stains. The problem arose on the replacement of the rear left glass, where when I picked up the car I noticed that the panel had been definitely massacred, badly reassembled, obviously they had ruined all the internal clips breaking even the support of the panel inside. Reply from the substitute company? it wasn't us !!!. I believe that in 2021 people must assume their responsibilities and be at least competent in the work they do, there are people who make sacrifices to buy what they like best and then you find people who only cause you damage, not giving a damn. ! Avoid !!!

M	Mauro Costanzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo lavoro. Dopo pochi km la riparazione si è trasformata in vetro da sostituire. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Bad work. After a few km the repair turned into glass to be replaced. I don't recommend it to anyone.
