★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo tornare per provare la loro gastronomia, ricercati affettati, salumi e formaggi.
Nella mia prima visita una buonissima tartare, con cristalli di sale maldon, qualche germoglio, senape in grani .
A seguire una sostanziosa tagliata con lardo di Patanegra, con patate al forno, buonissima.
Mi è piaciuto vedere come i ragazzi che lavorano, operino con riguardo e con piacere.
Anche il tagliere va spiegato e se vi servono i formaggi vi devono indicare da quale partire e qui non mancheranno in questo dettaglio.
Veramente bravi ??
I have to go back to try their gastronomy, refined cold cuts, meats and cheeses.
On my first visit a very good tartare, with Maldon salt crystals, some sprouts, mustard in grains.
Followed by a substantial tagliata with Patanegra lard, with baked potatoes, very good.
I enjoyed seeing how the guys who work, operate with respect and pleasure.
The cutting board must also be explained and if you need the cheeses they must indicate which one to start from and here they will not fail in this detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con un gruppo di amici provenienti dal lago maggiore, ci siamo spostati nelle zone di Castellanza e cercando su internet un posto per cenare mi è caduto all occhio questo.
Locale accogliente, menu sfizioso e personale molto gentile, simpatico e preparato,
nota super positiva sulla scelta e la spiegazione dei vini visto che se la giocano in casa.

With a group of friends from Lake Maggiore, we moved to the Castellanza areas and looking on the internet for a place to dine, this fell to my eye.
Cozy place, delicious menu and very kind, friendly and prepared staff,
super positive note on the choice and explanation of wines since they play it at home.
