J	Jane Sadler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this hotel through booking. com and this is the most beautiful hotel ever. Everything we saw and read on the website is exactly how it is. The hotel has lots of balconies to relax on and the pool is very nice. The breakfast is nice too and there is a local bus link right outside the hotel that takes you to Taormina town . Very friendly staff and the rooms are clean and modern with a small mini bar.

We came for some relaxation, peace and quiet (as I imagine most people come.here for), however, the music at the pool is so loud and inappropriate. I felt like I was in a nightclub and didn't feel relaxed. I mentioned it a couple.of times to staff, suggesting it wasn't very relaxing and nothing was done, if anything it got louder! It totally drowned out the wonderful nature sounds and the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Even when I was listening to artificial nature sounds on my phone I could still hear the thumping of the radio. Breakfast is ok, could be better, could be worse... Just wish I felt more relaxed but with that music and the attitude of staff member when mentioned it was difficult.
L	Lisa Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This stay was not what we were expecting. The views are stunning and truly a marvel! The rooms were a bit disappointing and the staff wasn't that friendly or clean. I rather not go into details of what we saw. I would honestly say that the only thing keeping my review at a 3 is the view and it's nearness to Taormina. It's super easy to drive down to the parking garage and walk through the city or take the cable car down. I think we would prefer to stay in Taormina next time though as beautiful as Etna looks, the mosquitos eating us alive, the AC not really working, the mold...eh not worth it for us. This place really has the potential to be a super star. I hope they see that and make changes.
S	Shelley Grierson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mariella was wonderful and helped us to create an amazing 'after party lunch' for the day after our wedding on their beautiful terrace. We had the pizza ovens going, two outdoor bars, and a lovely pool area. It's a lovely sun trap with the best views in Taormina in our opinion! The staff were very accommodating and professonal, there is plenty of parking and also taxis if necessary, which makes it a very convenient venue compared to the rest of Taormina which is very difficult for access. Our guests were all wowed by the views, as we were - Mt Etna spitting lava in the background! We will definitely be going back and would thoroughly recommend.

L	L R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. Don’t buy into the ´dated look´ reviews. You either like that style or don’t! Pictures show what’s available so you know what you’re choosing. I personally loved the character of the hotel. Classy, quality decor. Fabulous service. Very helpful staff and an amazing location if you want to venture out of usual tourist paths. Go on be brave and explore. Good gluten and dairy free breakfast, which was included. Made friends with locals and cannot wait to return!
