β β β β β Family owned Hotel with a stunning view to Etna and the coast directly from your breakfast table.
Breakfast with a big selection of bread, Cornetto, toast, cakes and cookies. Italian salami, cheese, marmalade and honey. Also fresh fruits and juices. For coffee I recommend to order an espresso. Otherwise you can only use the normal filter coffee.
Dinner isn't cheap, but it's fantastic and worth to try. The sword fish was amazing! Service was good and friendly and sometimes even entertaining.
You can feel that it's family owned. It has it's own charme and we felt very comfortable.
I recommend this place!

β β β β β Nice view from our room. We liked the breakfast area. Room was clean but dated. I did not give it 5 starts because our room's AC was not working properly. It was very hot in Taormina this day in July 2017. Our friends room's AC worked spot on. Management checked it and it was putting out cold air, but not enough to cool the room. Management should check and replace the units or get them in working order. You can't fool a one guest when they can just compare the temperature from one hotel room to another when you are staying with friends.

β β β β β Stayed here June 21st to June 28th. Loved the place, we were staying half board and the food was amazing, beautifully prepared and really good value.
All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, a real credit to the hotel.
Itβs true that the hotel is located about 25 minutes walk from the Main Street in Taormina and a lot of steps are involved, but if youβre reasonably fit and take your time it is walkable, we walked it both ways every day we stayed there, not bad for 2 65 year olds. If you donβt fancy the walk there is always the buses, the bus stop is right outside the upper entrance to the hotel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week there, a real gem of a place. The views are stunning!

β β β β β A zero would be more appropriate. I was visiting Sicily this past February and March when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out. I had booked a 2 night stay at this hotel but unfortunately had to cancel because of government travel restrictions. I requested a refund due to the unusual nature of my reason to cancel knowing when I booked the hotel had a no refund policy. I would have thought that the hotel would understand my situation due to the fact I would have been subject to a fine and possible arrest if traveling for a non-emergency reason.
After a couple of e-mail exchanges they offered me voucher to be used within 1 year of the original booking. I explained that this was a once in a life time trip and it would not be possible for me to return within the year, if ever. They still denied my request.
I could understand if my booking and subsequent cancellation caused them to lose another would be booking. However, I doubt this was the case since the entire country was subject to the travel restrictions.
In my opinion, this hotel lacks any concern for the people inconvenienced during this time, as well as, a total lack of customer service skills. I canβt imagine how they must operate their establishment on a daily basis.

β β β β β Wow. Just wow. What a view, what a service and what a room. For this price, I would like to give 6 stars but unfortunately I can't. Definitely my favourite hotel of my entire Sicily roadtrip.

β β β β β It's a very good and affordable choice in Taormina, in particular if you don't mind to walk down and up to get to the heart of the town. The view from the room and the restaurant is amazing, breakfast is delicious. The dinner and wines are ok too. Recommended.

β β β β β Clean and cosy, it is an interesting terraced structure on a steep hillside. On the down side some spaces might result a bit cramped. All in all I loved it!

β β β β β Pictoresque small hotel with amazing views. Superb staff ready to answer all of your questions. Warm greetings to Rosalinda and Daniele for making our stay so wonderful! When here do not forget to try Alessandros homemade pastries - they are to die for! :)
