Sicily Activities advisor answered to my email on the same day providing me with several possible options. Anyway due to uncertainty I chose getting full cash refund. And at this moment it was absolutely fantastic, my money were back to my credit card in 4 days! I am going to reschedule my trip with this company as soon as possible. Can’t wait to experience Sicily with them.

I wanted everything to be perfect, well-thought out, with the least amount of stress possible. When I found Sicily Activities, they seemed to be the perfect company to work with. The communication, kindness, and professionalism was evident in the first couple of emails. The compassion and understanding came through when it was obvious we would not be able to go through with our itinerary due to the pandemic. Sadly, we postponed, but I knew we'd be back! In August, since we are living in Europe already, we determined that September would be a good time to go. I reached out to Alex about a month before to confirm that it was possible, and she worked it all out so quickly! In September, we had our do-over anniversary and it was amazing. Sicily Activities has all the traits I look for to book with (and to recommend) a company: kindness, professionalism, quality, good communication, good recommendations, punctual, and flexibility. Honestly, I can't say enough good things because we were so impressed. All of the guides were so great and knowledgeable, everyone was on time, there was a focus on the parts we loved, and all of the places we visited were just wonderful. We have so many memories from this trip and I only wish that everyone can take a trip like we did.
V	Victoria and Yury Polikov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience with this tour operator. Unfortunately our trip (fall of 2021) fell on the week of a local Mediterranean hurricane. Instead of helping, this tour operator just dropped us off in the hurricane area. They cancelled several activities and never gave us any refund. They were rude, uncooperative and not responsive. As a senior citizens my wife and I have travelled a lot but we never had such a bad treatment. We would not recommend to deal with Sicily Activities.

Everything was smoothly organized and stress-free. We are very happy we made this trip and very thankful to Massimo and all the team for their efforts and great support.

It started with a quick email, when Alex asked us about our interests (food, culture and history) and preferences (a good blend of seeing historical sites and enjoying nature, staying in small charming hotels). Alex put together the perfect Sicily itinerary for us, and Massimo did the wonderful program for Puglia. They gave us the best possible recommendations for restaurants and scenic aperitifs – every single venue they recommended was top-notch. The attention to details throughout the whole trip was amazing – from planning the perfect time to leave each morning for a day trip so we could be back to hotel to relax a couple of hours after lunch and then be ready for evening program, to giving us much flexibility to change our plans during the trip. Thank you for your hard job and very memorable trip! We look forward to planning with you another tour, hopefully to Amalfi Coast and Rome next time!

We stayed at 3 locations (Taormina, Syracuse and Palermo) and each was absolutely different from each other. Alex did a great job choosing the exceptional hotels in every location, which gave us a sense of each place. All the day tours were perfectly organised and we had a lot of fun with our knowledgeable and friendly guides. Thank you Alex, Antonio and Valerio for making this trip unforgettable!

Sicily Activities did great putting together panoramic restaurants, sea view locations, farm cooking classes and tasting. The suggested Etna Winery was absolutely fantastic! We also much appreciated a free upgrade of hotel room. Was a nice touch of tour company. Thank you also for organizing the required COVID testing at our hotel in the evening before our return flight. We enjoyed the trip from A to Z and will tell about Sicily Activities to all our friends!
