Non si può pagare con la carta, solo contanti e niente scontrino o almeno questo è successo a me.
Prices out of this world, 1 star because a case of water costs € 5 (6 bottles of 1.5 liters) + € 2 a pack of napkins total € 7 ...
You cannot pay by card, only cash and no receipt or at least this happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Prezzi non esposti la signora inventa al momento. Etichette prezzo su nessuno scaffale o prodotto. Solo alcuni più fortunati (shampoo 3,10 aveva prezzo resto no). Idea di una volta che il turista va spremuto (geniale per perdere turismo e far sentire bene il visitatore). Una confezione da 6 bottiglie d’acqua di marca sconosciuta 5 euro (la compro altrove per principio). Vini da 5 euro a bottiglia venduti a 16 euro (lasciato lì). Conto fatto a mente e ho dovuto chiedere utilizzo cassa e scontrino. Non me la sono sentita di chiedere se aveva il bancomat. Supermercato da evitare! Domattina vado a fare spesa in vero supermercato, per fortuna ho auto.
Terrible. Prices not displayed the lady invents at the moment. Price labels on any shelf or product. Only a few lucky ones (shampoo 3,10 had no rest price). Once upon a time idea that the tourist must be squeezed (brilliant to lose tourism and make the visitor feel good). A pack of 6 bottles of water of unknown brand 5 euros (I buy it elsewhere on principle). Wines from 5 euros per bottle sold for 16 euros (left there). Account made in mind and I had to ask for use of the cash register and receipt. I didn't feel like asking if he had an ATM. Supermarket to avoid! Tomorrow morning I go shopping in a real supermarket, luckily I have a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny shop, everything you need at a quick late evening stop. Open till 22.00 when everything else is closed. Very nice proprietario, no english but no problem :) Parking space is scarce in Taormin as it is here, laying in a corner. Quick stop and go!
