★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στη διαδρομή από την Piazza IX Aprile προς την Piazza Duomo συναντάμε στα δεξιά μας μια όμορφη και πολύ φαρδιά σκάλα. Στην κορυφή της μπορούμε να δούμε το γοτθικής-νορμανδικής αρχιτεκτονικής Palazzo Ciampoli. Το όμορφο κτίριο του 15ου αιώνα αποτέλεσε την οικογενειακή κατοικία της ομώνυμης οικογένειας ευγενών της πόλης. Πάνω από την τοξοτή κεντρική είσοδο διακρίνουμε μια χαραγμένη ρομβοειδή πλάκα με μια ασπίδα που πάνω της είναι αποτυπωμένη η ημερομηνία κατασκευής του palazzo. Η χρόνια είναι το 1412. Δυστυχώς, σήμερα το κτίριο είναι κλειστό για το κοινό. Μπορούμε μόνο να θαυμάσουμε την όμορφη φαρδιά σκάλα που μας οδηγεί στην είσοδο και την ενδιαφέρουσα πρόσοψη με τα πέντε διπλά παράθυρα του 1ου ορόφου.
 On the way from Piazza IX Aprile to Piazza Duomo we meet on our right a beautiful and very wide staircase. At the top we can see the Gothic-Norman architecture Palazzo Ciampoli. The beautiful building of the 15th century was the family home of the homonymous family of nobles of the city. Above the arched main entrance we can see an engraved diamond-shaped plate with a shield on which is imprinted the date of construction of the palazzo. The year is 1412. Unfortunately, today the building is closed to the public. We can only admire the beautiful wide staircase that leads us to the entrance and the interesting facade with the five double windows on the 1st floor.
