★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not for the vertically challenged. There are no elevators and rooms are on many levels. Don't expect ice to be available. And don't expect quiet, sound travels well. Otherwise rooms are clean and neat. Staff is helpful. The complimentary breakfast is not my taste but the expresso was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is nice and I've not seen a lot with this configuration which is nice. But it was the staff that made it even nicer. They were kind, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place i go every time i visit Taormina. Situated near the centre. A very quite cosy and clean hotel with a wonderful staff, that make sure you are satisfied during your stay. Also observing covid regulations that made us feel comfortable and safe. Looking forward to go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely views & clean rooms. However no safe or refrigerator in room & beds very uncomfortable. No lift & hotel set over 3 levels so you have to be fit to stay here. I found the location inconvenient - too far from restaurants & shopping. Staff were friendly & helpful. Disappointing that no Gluten Free options in the buffet breakfast - but good coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in an apartment here, and our room was cleaned every day. It had a nice breakfast with wonderful views. 5 minute walk from a really nice restaurant - Restaurant Etna. It wasn't noisy at all and there was free WiFi by the bar. I would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great. Staff is very friendly. Needs some updating and perhaps a mini fridge in each room. Rooms are still nice and most have a lovely view. The breakfast is small but varied enough for vegans or vefitarians to still have healthy breakfast. Very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible organisation, so many aisles, corridors and stairs up and down to get to the rooms. The location makes parking impossible and they make you pay 20€ per day!! Not even a day, as we did the check in at 8pm and had to take our car at 10am in the morning same as check out. The breakfast is the worst we ever had, everything processed food and nothing absolutely fresh. Not even one host could finish those terrible dry pastries. The service is below average considering the amazing professional we have met in Sicilia. Would never recommend or go back.
