β β β β β We stayed 6 nights in July. Great hotel, our room was upgraded, we had a small balcony to the garden. Very charming. Also a rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Service was also good, I had an incident when I was ironing my white shirt. The hotel immediately dry cleaned the shirt and delivered it to my room the next morning. Andrea, mr Schulers son served us breakfast one day, and was extremely nice and full of knowledge.
The staff was very nice in general, except for one lady with longer hair. When we arrived we were give two prices. She was quick to tell us that we were given to wrong price, and we were suppose to pay to more expensive one. It was only 40euros different, but any hotel that makes such a mistake and provides good service should communicate better as well as providing the cheaper price. Especially when itβs the low amount. She was only nice when we checked out and asked us to write a review. Seemed a bit weird to us.

β β β β β Truly one of the most wonderful hotels we've ever staying in. The room and the view were incredible, and the hospitality from the team was some of the best I've ever experienced. It was the absolute highlight of our trip to Taormina and cannot wait to go back.

β β β β β Locate in center of town but quiet with magnificent sea view and private garden. Most thoughtful and quality facilities in rooms with open balcony and pleasant smell. Rich and healthy breakfast served, very efficient parking service. A historical hotel with modern comfort definitely add a star to your trip. Loved it so much! Thanks to the owner!

β β β β β Great stuff. Marco is the best! All the other stuff very friendly as well. Our kids were allowed to feed the turtles every morning, great start! After that we had a delicious breakfast on the beautiful terrace with seaview. Our rooms were so nice and clean and big!

β β β β β After my second stay at Hotel Villa Schuler, I am already planning a return to this gem of a property in Taormina. My colleague and I host a small medical conference in Sicily every two years. Our experience with the kind, efficient staff at Villa Schuler make our decision (on where to hold the meeting) an easy one. The details for the conference were impeccably handled. A lovely reception on the patio overlooking the water on one side and Mt. Etna on the other put everyone in a festive mood. The carefully chosen local wines and small bites were delicious. Our conference went perfectly thanks to the hotel's personal attention to every detail.
Lodgings at the hotel are well appointed, clean, comfortable and there are several options from single rooms to larger suites. The Hotel's scenic garden is a shady oasis for a short walk or a rest (with aperitivo!). Breakfast at the hotel is an absolute feast for all of the senses. The kind, multilingual staff was attentive to our every need. Thank you to Gerhard and all the lovely people who make Villa Schuler our home in Sicily!

β β β β β Beautiful time in Hotel Villa Schuler - we couldnβt fault anything. The service was genuinely some of the best I have ever experienced, so friendly and helpful! Our room was perfect, with an unbelievable view - gorgeous garden and patio for breakfast. Looking forward to returning soon!

β β β β β Brilliant & beautiful hotel. The views are incredible & garden beautiful. We were lucky enough to see lava flowing down Mt.Etna from the hotel rooftop.
The staff were so friendly and helpful & our garden villa was perfect, a real sun trap in the courtyard and a spacious apartment, equipped with everything that we needed.
Very well located a few mins away from the centre of Taormina.
Would highly recommend a stay here.

β β β β β My husband and I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was spacious and comfortable, the location is perfect, steps from everything with breathtaking views. The hotel itself is filled with old-world charm and the staff are incredible, every last one. I wouldn't change a thing. Be sure to take the time to enjoy a drink in the garden in the afternoon by the turtle pond, it's lovely.
