Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. It could have been improved with tea/coffee making facilities.

If you need a good location ( close to the gondola and beach) and you dont want to spend too much money then its ok. But if you are lookin for a 4 star hotel experiance just forget about it. Overall enjoy Taormina and dont think too much about the hotel

Its not a 4 star hotel, thats for sure. Very unfriendly staff. Room was small and the AC was blowing ice freeze air and I had to turn it off completly. Price is to high for what you get. But this is Taormina and if you are looking lets say afordable place to stay its so so.Good side is that location is very good, close to gondola and the beach. I liked Taormina so much that unfriendly staff didnt ruined my stay. When I came back I will try another hotel nearby because I had a feeling I wasnt welcomed here.

First off all, i would like to say that I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Location is great, staff is very friendly. The reception and breakfast area is great, also the breakfast it self. Pool is also nice. We stayed at one of the hotel suites, so our expectations were pretty high. The room had a great view, and a nice comfortable bed. Unfortunately there is too much wrong with this hotel, so I cant give it a good review. First of all, I would like to point out that there is several things in this hotel that is broken. When you run a four star hotel, you change broken things, at once! Floors in the hallways are broken, cracked, and comes apart. They need to be changed immediately. Couches by the pool is broken, so are the sun beds at the rooms terrace. The elevator from the street is also broken. Don’t get me wrong, it runs up and down, but everything else is broken. Windows, metal profiles, panels, downlights etc. This is probably the worst part, because its the first thing most guests sees when they arrive with their luggage. The stairs from the streets are very nice though. Then comes all the details, which makes all the difference: Room: - Bathroom has no door, only a sliding door without a lock to the toilet. At least our room did not have a key. - Very bad light In the toilet, which is connected to a noisy fan, which cant be turned on/off separately - Dirty walls - Dirty curtains - Parts of the bathroom has dirt growing on them - There is at leat 35 sq meters terrace, but no shade, or chairs. Only two broken sun beds, with a small table. What good is this big terrace, when the use is so limited? -There is no physical barrier to the neighbours terrace, just some rocks on the floor, which means your neighbour can look straight into your room if your curtains is open. And if you bring your one year old kid, like we did, good luck keeping him on your side. - Broken woodtiles on the terrace - No light on the terrace - Shower is not broken, but not in good shape either. - There is a light connected to a motion sensor at the entrance door. This turns on every time you make the slightest movement in the couch. Extremely annoying. Hotel in general: - There are laminated sheets of paper hanging everywhere, with more or less pleasing or useful information. I would suggest an information board, and some printed signs where the board comes in short - The elvator gives annoying beeps when you enter it, and every time you pass a floor, even if it doesn’t stop there. This can probably easily be turned off. At first I thought it was broken. Elevator could also use some paint. - The pool could use some areas with shade. - There should be a poolside shower, so guest can shower off sand, instead of leaving it on the bottom of the pool. - The hotel tried to charge us 12 Euro per night for a baby crib. This is free at most hotels. -Very bad lighting in the hallways. With your modular ceiling, this is an easy fix, but I suggest you wait until you have changed the floors. Even though my complaints are many, I actually had a great stay at this hotel. There is just so many small things. Most of them can be fixed at a low cost, and a bit attention to detail. I hope this review can lead to improvements, because this hotel has great potential. Right now, this hotel is no more than a three star hotel at best.
