★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel should not be 5 star. The rooms from inside are very old. Almost everything seemed like it was broken. The service was terrible except for 1 person in the concierge that was Angela. The 2 stars are for magnificent view of the hotel. The breakfast was same everyday. The hotel needs to up their service game. People at reception can’t handle their staff. Not very happy with our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location. Nice comfortable rooms and decor. Food very expensive but I found if you make a left up the hill about 1/4 of a mile your find a local italian grocery shop. I bought bread and cold cuts and olives and cheeses and enjoyed my italian lunch on there patio overlooking the Mediterranean sea watching local fisherman deliver to a small restaurant around the street where the owner made dishes that I requested per my taste.

Mediocre breakfast (*5 hotel charge for eggs Benedict and different other options - is not a good deal, especially if you are paying around €1k daily). Scrambled eggs - special story))) Guys please you need to hire someone who can show you real things and how eggs must be cooked. Overcooked eggs tastes disgusting.
Small selection of dishes, unorganized process during the COVID period. The waiters are running and create the chaos.
Everything was great if we don’t talking about the breakfast))) and organization process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning and unique hotel in a wonderful tranquil location. The pool area is wonderful but the sea is even better, especially to go swimming in! There’s a gentleman who lives next door who has all the water sports that is always on the beach, which was fun! The buffet breakfast is a 10/10, they have everything. The cocktails at the pool are decent, but even better in the evening from the bar. However the food served at the hotel itself is quite disappointing, the nicest thing on the menu is the aubergine burger and octopus salad. For a 5 star hotel it needs working on, also the spa here is terrible. Had my nails done which came out horrible, also we had the couples spa massage- it was terrible. The bath over flowed and the massages were not good, the room was quite dirty. The hotel kindly reduced the price of our massage due to this. But besides these things the rooms are super comfortable, the location is excellent and the view is stunning. The gym facilities are decent, the best part about it is the view! I would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel experience we’ve ever had! Atlantis bay is an incredible hotel, situated on the coast with a private beach area, it’s the perfect place for a luxurious stay close to Taormina.
The rooms are finished to a high standard and the large balcony provides incredible views across the ocean.
The best part of our stay was the Atlantis Bay staff. Every single person that worked there was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s no exaggeration to say it’s the best service we’ve received anywhere.
Thank you to Denise, Federica, Aliya, Jimmy and everyone at Atlantis Bay, we can’t wait to visit again!
