G	Gianluca March on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai nessuno mi ha chiesto con insistenza il pagamento all'arrivo. Struttura datata, doccia senza box, stile anni sessanta, bagni da rifare completamente. All'arrivo mancava anche lo specchio e la tavoletta del wc. Porte vecchie, di cartone.., infissi da sostituire. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero pessimo. 100€ a notte non li vale neanche in alta stagione. Unica comodità il materasso, quello era nuovo. Nonostante gli sforzi del personale, esperienza da non ripetere. Mai più. No one ever asked me insistently for payment on arrival. Dated structure, shower without box, sixties style, bathrooms to be completely redone. On arrival, the mirror and toilet seat were missing. Old doors, made of cardboard .., fixtures to be replaced. Value for money really bad. € 100 per night does not apply to them even in high season. The mattress was the only comfort, that was new. Despite the efforts of the staff, experience not to be repeated. Never again.

Logisticamente perfetto, a 50 metri dal mare, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla meravigliosa riserva naturale di Isolabella, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla funivia. Davvero una bella scoperta The retro structure blends beautifully with the history of the place, comfortable rooms and above all very clean, qualified staff always available and very kind. Logistically perfect, 50 meters from the sea, 20 minutes walk from the wonderful natural reserve of Isolabella, 10 minutes walk from the cable car. Really a beautiful discovery

Camere vecchie, fatiscenti e decisamente diverse da quanto raccontatoci al telefono. Diversi disservizi quali tapparelle rotte, lampadine mancanti, servizi igienici vecchi e dal quale costantemente risaliva odore di fogna. Abbiamo provato a parlare con la ragazza della reception la quale non ha potuto far altro che scusarsi diverse volte con noi e giustificandosi dicendo che “sono un po’ disorganizzati”. Da notare che, all’atto del check-in ci è stato subito presentato il conto (ancor prima di entrare in camera). La ricevuta ci è pervenuta diversi giorni dopo e su continua richiesta. Non ve lo consiglio e vi allego report fotografico per permettere anche a voi la valutazione. Quello che ci è stato venduto come “albergo di nuova costruzione” in realtà non è altro che un veloce restauro della pensione che c’era prima. Inoltre, faccio notare che anche la cura e la pulizia non sono affatto in linea con un albergo 3 stelle! Le foglie e lo sporco che vedete in terrazza sono rimasti lì per tutto il nostro soggiorno (5giorni). Inoltre hanno tariffe molto alte. What was sold to us as a "newly built hotel" is actually nothing more than a quick restoration of the former guesthouse. Furthermore, I point out that even the care and cleaning are not at all in line with a 3 star hotel! The leaves and dirt you see on the terrace stayed there for our entire stay (5 days). They also have very high rates.

Il bagno lascia un po' a desiderare per gli spazi angusti e il wc senza tavoletta (le persone più in carne potrebbero faticare ad entrare nel box doccia). Colazione ben servita, ambiente tranquillo a due scale dal mare. Fermata dell'autobus di fronte all'hotel. Consiglio per il soggiorno Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, well air conditioned and with sea view. The bathroom leaves a little to be desired for the cramped spaces and the toilet without a tablet (people with more meat could struggle to get into the shower). El baño de la habitación lo peor, el wc con tapa rota, la ducha sin apenas agua. El desayuno básico de café y cruasán. Por ese precio mejor buscar otras opciones Misleading photos, much older and dated and with a very unpleasant musty smell in the room. The bathroom in the room the worst, the toilet with a broken lid, the shower with hardly any water. Basic breakfast of coffee and croissant. For that price, better look for other options
L	Luna Mascitti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacanza di 1 settimana a giugno 2021 Personale meraviglioso e super accogliente, sia Giovanna che la sua collaboratrice. La posizione della struttura è comoda (di fronte al mare e vicino la funivia che si può raggiungere a piedi) e ha anche un parcheggio incluso che rende la vacanza più agibile. La stanza è un po' piccolina ma il prezzo della struttura è super onesto. 1 week vacation in June 2021 Wonderful and super welcoming staff, both Giovanna and her collaborator. The location of the structure is convenient (in front of the sea and near the cable car that can be reached on foot) and also has a parking included which makes the holiday more accessible. The room is a bit small but the price of the structure is super fair.
