A	ANNA MARIA AMATI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di meno non si può dare. Obsoleto e trascurato nelle pulizie. Come detto da altro ospite odore di muffa tipo chiesa del 1300. Ragnatele e polvere nella camera. Unica cosa positiva il panorama.....che non è gestito dall' albergo. You cannot give less. Obsolete and neglected in cleaning. As mentioned by another guest it smelled like a church-like mold from the 1300s. Cobwebs and dust in the room. The only positive thing is the view ..... which is not managed by the hotel.

L'hotel è molto tranquillo, le stanze pulite ed ordinate ci hanno consentito di passare una bella nottata. Colazione bella abbondante :) I've been there for lighting the Christmas tree on the mountain, and what can I say? A magical place !! Polite and friendly staff. The hotel is very quiet, the clean and tidy rooms allowed us to spend a good night. Breakfast plentiful :)

Ci torneremo sicuramente. Very characteristic hotel, located just outside Gubbio near the Basilica of St. Ubaldo with a magnificent view. Family management and courtesy. We will definitely be back.

Stessa grandezza della matrimoniale con aggiunta di un letto pagato 30€ per una bambina di 6 anni. Non parliamo del bagno.. Minuscolo, senza finestra e sporco... Ho dovuto disinfettare tutto!! Non tornerò più.. Unica cosa positiva il panorama. Absolutely disappointing ... Dust and cobwebs everywhere ... Unprepared staff ... Triple room so to speak .. Same size as the double with the addition of a bed paid € 30 for a 6 year old girl. Let's not talk about the bathroom .. Tiny, windowless and dirty ... I had to disinfect everything !! I will not return .. The only positive thing is the view.

Arriviamo in albergo e la Signora ci dice che sono ancora chiusi ma, tra una chiacchiera e l'altra, la gentilissima proprietaria apre la struttura solo per noi in quanto capisce le nostre esigenze (no so mica quanti albergatori sono disposti a fare un gesto del genere). Albergo molto particolare con arredi, si di altri tempi, ma chi se ne intende sa benissimo da cosa è circondato. Al nostro risveglio abbiamo trovato un'ottima colazione malgrado il nostro inaspettato arrivo. Consigliatissimo. Structure immersed in the green of the mountain overlooking the city of Gubbio. We arrive at the hotel and the Lady tells us that they are still closed but, between a chat and the other, the very kind owner opens the structure just for us as she understands our needs (I don't know how many hoteliers are willing to make a gesture of genre). Very particular hotel with furnishings, yes of other times, but those who know it know very well what it is surrounded by. Upon our awakening we found an excellent breakfast despite our unexpected arrival. Highly recommended.

Il panorama è mozzafiato soprattutto se avete la fortuna di avere una camera con vista su Gubbio. Comodo per arrivare direttamente in centro a Gubbio con la funivia che ha la fermata a 100m dall'albergo. Le camere sono pulite, d'inverno ben riscaldate e con un'ottima colazione. The hotel is in a decidedly privileged position, right in front of the church of sant'Ubaldo. The view is breathtaking especially if you are lucky enough to have a room with a view of Gubbio. Convenient to get directly into the center of Gubbio with the cable car which stops 100m from the hotel. The rooms are clean, well heated in winter and with a great breakfast.
G	Giuseppe Urso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place surrounded by nature near to Saint Ubaldo's sanctuary. Ideal for mountain hike and biking. The hotel is an 5 minute-drive from Gubbio. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!
