Nice place in the middle of a wood, the shower is not very comfortable, considering that the structure dates back to around 1300. Typical hotel with private parking.

Arrivato,subito la prima brutta sorpresa:appartamento nel "Castello" non disponibile per loro errore,mi propongono la dependance o un appartamentino su due piani,ma come da loro stessa ammissione adatto ad una coppia non x4.Senza scelta mi dirigo in dependance convinto di trovare cmq un bel locale, lì mi crollano le braccia: un simil appartamento con due ministanze un WC ed un angolo cottura (se così lo si può chiamare) di 1 mq e cosa peggiore, pessime condizioni:arredo non antico ma vecchio e logoro, muri e infissi in pessime condizioni,nulla a che vedere con le foto nel sito web.Moolto contrariato torno in reception per esternare il disappunto, quindi propongono una camera in una struttura più recente ma distante, opto per questa con l'illusione di trovarmi meglio ma soprattutto stanco di girare elemosinando una sistemazione decente.Qui inizia il vero incubo: stanza con grandissimi problemi di umidità in una struttura semi abbandonata, lenzuola umide (dovute asciugare col phon), i vestiti rimasti li per una giornata, trovati bagnati, ragnatele, polvere e ragni (persino uno dentro il letto di mio figlio), cuscini e materassi indecenti. Manutenzione esterna inesistente, colazione di scarsa qualità e ciliegina sulla torta! Proprietario molto maleducato, privo di giustificazioni x le gravi mancanze, ha iniziato ad urlarmi contro di fronte altri clienti, accusandomi persino di aver fatto fare i bisogni al cane davanti l'ingresso della reception cosa ovviamente non vera. A FEAR WEEKEND NOT RECOMMENDED !!! Arrived, immediately the first nasty surprise: apartment in the "Castle" not available due to their mistake, they propose the annexe or an apartment on two floors, but as per their own admission suitable for a couple not x4. Without choice I go to the annex convinced to find a nice room anyway, there my arms collapse: a similar apartment with two mini-rooms, a toilet and a kitchenette (if you can call it that) of 1 square meters and worst of all, very bad conditions: furniture not antique but old and worn , walls and fixtures in poor condition, nothing to do with the photos on the website. Very disappointed I go back to the reception to express my disappointment, so they propose a room in a more recent but distant structure, I opt for this with the illusion of finding myself better but above all tired of wandering begging for a decent accommodation. Here begins the real nightmare: room with very large humidity problems in a semi-abandoned structure, damp sheets (due to dry with a hairdryer), stayed there for a day, found wet, cobwebs, dust and spiders (even one inside my son's bed), indecent pillows and mattresses. No external maintenance, poor quality breakfast and icing on the cake! Very rude owner, without justifications for the serious shortcomings, he started yelling at me in front of other customers, even accusing me of making the dog go to the front of the reception entrance which obviously is not true.

Consigliatissimo Very nice and well-kept place, very kind owners and always available, excellent location, only 10 minutes to reach Gubbio Highly recommended ? Highly recommended

M	Martine Bos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception was terrible, the room was dark and lights were not working, no wifi, bathroom terrible, restaurant not open, the swimmingpool is a public pool where personel is having party's, the breakfast was old stuff, no possibility paying by card, nowbody at the reception to hear complains.
