Qualità, presentazione ed impiattamento che sa di stellato. Ottimi piatti, e ricerca contina della qualità. Mi auguro che continuino sempre così, qualche difetto l'ho notato anche io nella location ma spero verrà colmato al più presto. BRAVI A small masterpiece of the author. In a panorama in which quantity is often given more prominence than quality, Quadri represents a turning point in Foggia. Quality, presentation and dish that tastes like starry. Excellent dishes, and constant pursuit of quality. I hope they will always continue like this, I also noticed some flaws in the location but I hope it will be solved as soon as possible. GOOD

Ci sono stato stasera, attirato dalle ottime recensioni che, sperimentato sul campo, sono assolutamente veritiere. Piatti molto ricercati, con abbinamenti di sapori veramente azzeccati e presentati veramente bene. Il tutto accompagnato da un servizio impeccabile ed un'ottima cortesia. Highly sought-after dishes, with really well-chosen flavor combinations and really well presented. All accompanied by impeccable service and excellent courtesy. Ho ordinato come primo bottoni con tris di salse, secondo pancia di maiale e un dolce al cioccolato bianco, estratto di lamponi e gelato al basilico, tutto davvero eccezionale! Consigliatissimo per chi vorrebbe provare un'esperienza particolare e unica all'interno della nostra bellissima città. Spectacular, magnificent place, sublime location with soft lighting and delightful paintings. I ordered first bottoni with trio of sauces, second pork belly and a dessert with white chocolate, raspberry extract and basil ice cream, all truly exceptional! Highly recommended for those who would like to try a special and unique experience within our beautiful city.

Il servizio è anche da apprezzare siccome nei molti locali di Foggia il servizio non esiste. Consigliatissimo. Very cozy and small restaurant with gourmet cuisine. The appetizers are good and delicious. The service is also to be appreciated since in many places in Foggia the service does not exist. Highly recommended.

È gestito da giovani volenterosi e capaci. Il menù non è molto copioso ma tutto quello che abbiamo preso è stato buono. Tutto ben impiattato, ben cucinato con prodotti freschi. Buona la carta dei vini. È collocato in una zona centrale, vicino a viale Colombo. A nice little place, with an open kitchen, that I have wanted to visit for a long time. Only now have I gone there because they can receive outdoors. It is run by willing and capable young people. The menu is not very extensive but everything we got was good. All well served, well cooked with fresh products. The wine list is good. It is located in a central area, near viale Colombo.

Cercando nel web ho scoperto questo ristorante e le immagini hanno catturato la mia attenzione tanto da decidere subito di provarlo. Il locale è molto carino, piccolo ma accogliente e curato nei dettagli. I piatti hanno superato le aspettative, curati, porzioni giuste, qualità degli ingredienti e sapori non usuali, tanto da farci vivere una serata davvero piacevole. Servizio impeccabile. Prezzi onesti. Ci torneremo senza dubbio. As the owner already said, not being from Foggia, but having lived there for several years, we are always looking for good restaurants. Searching the web I discovered this restaurant and the images caught my attention so much that I immediately decided to try it. The restaurant is very nice, small but welcoming and with attention to detail. The dishes have exceeded expectations, taken care of, right portions, quality of ingredients and unusual flavors, so much so as to make us live a really pleasant evening. Impeccable service. Honest prices. We will be back without a doubt.

Un consiglio fatevi guidare dallo chef nel suo percorso e non ve ne pentirete!! A Chic Sunday in the company of Danilo and Luca, the front Man of this intimate place in the city center. Menu made up of memories and authentic flavors ennobled by an original and impeccable preparation !!! Great Danilo Keep it up! La qualità dei piatti è eccellente, tanto che ci siamo chiesti, a fine serata, come mai "Quadri" non sia ancora nella Guida Michelin! Il sapore della guancia alla parmigiana ricordava il profumo del sugo della nonna misto all'odore di melanzane in cottura, uno spettacolo. Piatto così buono che non è neanche stato possibile scattare una foto! The love for cooking, for the territory and for tradition are present in every detail. The quality of the dishes is excellent, so much so that we wondered, at the end of the evening, why "Quadri" is not yet in the Michelin Guide! The taste of the Parmesan cheek recalled the scent of grandma's sauce mixed with the smell of aubergines being cooked, a spectacle. Dish so good it wasn't even possible to take a picture!
