β β β β β Chef Allessandro is legendary. Every time in Italy weβll make a special detour to Foggia to experience his 14 course dΓ©gustation gastronomical adventure. Always using local ingredients and bringing us wonderful wines & sparkling RosΓ© from regional Pulia producers, the Chefβs enthousiasm and love for great culinary experiences is contagious as we join him on this 4 hr gastronomical feast!
This monthβs specialties included roasted peppers, stuffed zucchini flower, northern crab, cod in a splendid sugo, calamari, goat-milk lamb, pork wrapped intestine (delicious), sausages, just to name a few! A Must Experience in your lifetime. We leave Pulia with tears knowing that it will be some time before we can relive this wonder once again. But all great things are worth waiting for.

β β β β β An amazing meal and experience in a small trattoria, this is not a la carte dining.
Rather your meal is a 12 (or so) course degustation, highlighting ingredients and dishes from the region. Some examples:
Mussels in a simple white wine sauce
Pasta with wild fennel, garlic flowers and zucchini
Broad bean puree topped with chicory leaves
The dishes are small and arrive quickly without feeling rushed. The hosts are friendly and informative (the owner speaks English too).
Finally, the price. β¬30 per person. It's incredible value.

β β β β β Amazing, nothing less nothing more. Have a seat and enjoy a pre-defined-menΓΉ experience based on traditional recipes (it is strongly recommended to let them choose what to serve), just be prepared to ask for a break or skip some serving, the whole menΓΉ is really huge (something like 8 starters, 3 first course, 3 main course, plus a dessert selection). Good wine and kind staff.

No menu, only fresh products are used from from the sorrounding area, every dish better than the other, of course if there are some culinary limitations the staff is more than happy to make sure only relevant dishes will be served. And that goes also for the wine, great wine from the area!
Alessandro the chef was so nice and welcoming! As well as Maria our waitress.
