Siamo andati a cena in quattro un sabato sera all’inizio di settembre 2014 e abbiamo trovato una situazione a dir poco confusionaria: servizio, cucina e direzione del locale in preda al totale caos, con camerieri e la stessa direttrice assolutamente disorganizzati e incapaci di gestire in maniera concreta ed efficace le comande e, soprattutto, i tempi di servizio ai vari tavoli. Per avere menù, posate e un antipasto al buffet, abbiamo atteso oltre due ore: arrivati alle 21,15, abbiamo iniziato a mangiare alle 23,30! Un’attesa snervante e inaccettabile, tenendo conto anche che avevamo due bambine piccole. Le cameriere, molto giovani quanto inesperte, si sono però rivelate volenterose e gentili, così come la direttrice/proprietaria, ma hanno comunque tutte accumulato troppi errori e inutili perdite di tempo con ritardi pazzeschi più o meno a tutti i tavoli, anche se a noi è andata peggio di tutti. Dopo l’antipasto, ci sono voluti altri tre quarti d’ora per avere due pizze e un arrosto misto in due, decidendo di fare a meno del dolce ed alzandoci stremati. Il locale in sé è carino, arredato in maniera minimalista, mentre la qualità del cibo è altalenante: gli antipasti al buffet non erano eccezionali ma comunque accettabili, in particolar modo abbiamo gradito la varietà di verdure, così come il loro timbro da cucina casalinga, nel senso positivo del termine. Le pizze erano invece tutt’altro che ottime, cotte in fretta e anche male, mentre l’arrosto misto di carne era buono, con carne di buona qualità e una cottura perfetta, anche se c’era poca varietà per essere un piatto misto. Cosa assolutamente imperdonabile, infine, il fatto che avessero quella sera UN’UNICA marca di birra e neanche di marca, ma da discount. Gravissimo per me.

We went to dinner on a Saturday evening in September at the beginning of September 2014 and we found a confusing situation to say the least: service, kitchen and management of the place in total chaos, with waiters and the same director absolutely disorganized and unable to manage in a concrete and effective manner the orders and, above all, the times of service at the various tables. To have menus, cutlery and an appetizer at the buffet, we waited over two hours: arrived at 9.15pm, we started eating at 11.30pm! A nerve-racking and unacceptable wait, taking into account also that we had two little girls. The waitresses, very young and inexperienced, however, proved to be willing and kind, as well as the manager / owner, but they have all accumulated too many mistakes and useless waste of time with crazy delays more or less at all the tables, even if to us it's been worse than everyone. After the starter, it took another three quarters of an hour to have two pizzas and a mixed roast in two, deciding to do without the cake and getting up exhausted. The restaurant itself is nice, decorated in a minimalist way, while the quality of the food is fluctuating: the appetizers on the buffet were not exceptional but still acceptable, in particular we liked the variety of vegetables, as well as their home cooking tone, in the positive sense of the term. The pizzas, on the other hand, were anything but excellent, cooked quickly and also badly, while the mixed meat roast was good, with good quality meat and perfect cooking, although there was little variety to be a mixed dish. What is absolutely unpardonable, finally, the fact that they had ONE single brand of beer that evening and not even a brand, but from discount stores. Very serious for me.
